本实用新型涉及一种用于培养细菌药敏试验用的培养皿,特别涉及一种带刻度的培养皿。
背景技术
目前,市场和资料上出现的用于培养细菌药敏或细胞培植的培养皿通常包括有皿体及与皿体扣合的皿盖;而皿体的周面及地面光滑,没有任何的标记,无法准确、直观的对皿体内培养的细菌药敏或细胞的数量进行计算,导致统计数据不精确。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本实用新型提供了一种结构简单、可准确、直观的对培养的细菌药敏或细胞进行测量计算的带刻度的培养皿。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供了如下技术方案:一种带刻度的培养皿,包括有皿体及皿盖,所述的皿体与皿盖结合形成密封的容腔,所述的皿体包括有侧面及与侧面连接的底面,所述皿体的底面上或皿盖朝向皿体的端面上设有呈网状排布的刻度线。
此项中皿体的底面上或皿盖朝向皿体的端面上设有呈网状排布的刻度线,这样设置后便能从皿体的俯视方向观察及计算皿体内细菌药敏及细胞的数量,测量准确且直观。
本实用新型进一步设置为:所述的皿体为圆状体,皿盖与皿体的结合部设有与皿体内周面适配的凸台。
此项中的设置结构简单,使得皿体及皿盖配合紧凑。

具体实施方式
本实用新型为一种带刻度的培养皿,包括有皿体1及皿盖2,所述的皿体1与皿盖2结合形成密封的容腔3,所述的皿体1包括有侧面11及与侧面11连接的底面12,所述皿体1的底面12上或皿盖2朝向皿体1的端面上设有呈网状排布的刻度线4,这样设置后便能从皿体1的俯视方向观察及计算皿体1内细菌药敏或细胞的数量,测量准确且直观;所述的皿体1为圆状体,皿盖2与皿体1的结合部设有与皿体1内周面适配的凸台21,这样设置结构简单,使得皿体1及皿盖2配合紧凑,当然若将皿体1设置呈矩形也是可行的,当然皿盖2的形状可根据皿体1形状的变化而变化。
如图1所示,在本实用新型实施例1中,皿体1的底面12上设有呈网状排布的刻度线4,由于用于试验的皿体1及皿盖2都为透明的玻璃体或塑料体,所以能从皿体1的俯视方向透过皿盖2观察皿体1底面12上的细菌药敏或细胞的数量,操作方便,提高了测量及计算的速度。
如图2所示,在本实用新型实施例2中,皿盖2朝向皿体1的端面上设有呈网状排布的刻度线4,而此时皿体1的底面12上则无需设置刻度线。
如图3所示,在本实用新型实施例3中,皿盖2朝向皿体1的端面及皿体1的底面12上同时设有刻度线5,皿盖2朝向皿体1的端面上的刻度线5为横向设置,而皿体1底面12上的刻度线5为纵向设置,从皿体1的俯视方向观察,皿体1与皿盖2的刻度线5叠加呈网状。

1、一种带刻度的培养皿,包括有皿体及皿盖,所述的皿体与皿盖结合形成密封的容腔,其特征在于:所述的皿体包括有侧面及与侧面连接的底面,所述皿体的底面上或皿盖朝向皿体的端面上设有呈网状排布的刻度线。
2、根据权利要求1所述的带刻度的培养皿,其特征在于:所述的皿体为圆状体,皿盖与皿体的结合部设有与皿体内周面适配的凸台。
