背景技术
现有市场上的妇女用卫生巾品种样多,大都以垫敷吸收好、防侧漏作为先进之特点。有的卫生巾采用了抗菌材料,但舒适度不高。需要一种抗菌、灭菌又舒适的卫生巾。
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种能抑制细菌生长、无副作用、舒适度高的抗菌卫生巾。
为了克服传统的卫生巾存在的缺点,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:两侧翼为薄型无纺布层,所述无纺布层为“双曲线”外侧形,中间部分有填料层,内层为竹纤维制成的无纺布。
所述的填料层为可吸收液体的软质填料。
本实用新型的有益效果:由于采用竹纤维织物与人体表面接触,所以可以抗菌、防感染、抑制细菌生长,且无毒、副作用;两侧翼为薄型无纺布层,无纺布层为“双曲线”字形,适应腿窝隔离不出现摩损伤皮肤,并且结构简单,使用可靠无不适应感觉,预防和抗金葡萄球菌、MRSA菌。

具体实施方式
如图1,两侧翼为薄型无纺布层,所述无纺布层为“双曲线”外侧形,中间部分有填料层,内层为竹纤维制成的无纺布。填料层为可吸收液体的软质填料。内层、外层、填料层之间用粘胶或绒线联结均可。
以下从几组抗菌实验报告来说明本实用新型卫生巾和卫生护垫的抗菌性。
实验一
实验机构:日本化学纤维检查协会
实验方法:统一实验法
实验细菌:黄色葡萄球菌(st即hylococcus aureus ATCC 6538P)
洗涤方法:高温加速洗涤法(JAFET标准洗剂)
实验结果:

实验方法:统一实验法
实验细菌:MRSA菌(Methicillin Resistant Staphylococcus Aureus IID1677)
洗涤方法:高温加速洗涤法(J AFET标准洗剂)

根据统一实验法,静菌活性值在2,2以上即可证明有抗菌性,由此可以推导出竹纤维对于MRSA菌有抑制作用。
实验三
实验机构:日本纺织检查协会
实验方法:将实验菌接种在透明的平板上,将受试品放在上面,在27±1摄氏度的温度下,经过7天后,测量受试品四周生成的细菌生长阻止带的宽度。
实验细菌:白癣菌(Trychophyton mentagropphytes IFO 5466)
根据统一实验方法,阻止带宽度在2.2以上即可证明有抗菌性,由此证明竹纤维对于白癣菌有抗菌效果。
