本实用新型涉及服装纺织面料制造领域,特别设计一种具有拒风防雨的功能性纤维布。
背景技术
如今,随着制造技术的不断升级,新的功能性的纤维布逐渐满足着人们日益增长的需求,逐渐取代了天然纤维的化学纤维经过改性后赋予更多的功能,从而为纺织行业开发适合消费者需求的多功能新产品提供有力的保障。但是,纺织面料具备某些特殊功能的同时,其舒适性指标和商业价值绝对不能忽视,因为面料裁制成服装要穿在人身上,若没有良好的舒适感,体现不出纺织品的附加值,就会损失其商业价值。
如何在功能性纤维面料的开发的同时,能够控制生产成本。也就是借助最新的纤维技术,用低成本换取新型功能性纤维面料的面世,成为目前纺织企业的出路。目前,比较流行的方式是后整理技术的开发,这种技术通过对纤维布成品进行再加工,赋予产品功能性,从实现功能性以及保证产品良好的舒适感都有很好的效果,但是这种方法就目前来讲,成本很高而且工序复杂化。
我们希望能够利用目前新型的功能性纤维相互搭配,通过改变纤维的经纬结构来实现纤维面料的功能性。
发明内容
为了达到上述之目的,本实用新型开发了一种具有间隙小、致密性好、环保等特点的新型纤维布结构,其具体技术方案是:拒风防雨功能纤维布,由经纱和双纬纱构成,其特征是:经纱和双纬纱交互浮沉编织为平纹结构而成,所述的经纬纱的横截面均为扁平状,利用75D/24F扁平丝为原料制成。
利用扁平丝做原料织成的面料,经纬之间间隙小、致密性好,在达到一定密度后即可拒风防雨,非常适合用作冬季风衣用料,另外不需后整理再做涂层,实现了环保的特点。
