发明内容：
本实用新型的目的是提供一种骨科钻孔器，解决在胸腰椎椎弓根螺钉固定手术中钻孔繁琐、需要的器械多、手术时间长、医疗人员的劳动强度大的技术问题。
本实用新型的目的是以如下方式实现的：它涉及钻杆、连接杆和手柄，连接杆的后端固定手柄，连接杆前端固定直径变小的钻杆，钻杆的前端有锥形钻头。
钻头为四棱锥体。
使用时，将钻头对准钻孔位置，医疗人员抓住手柄一边下压一边正反向转动手柄，钻头和钻杆就可以钻出需要的孔，钻杆与连接杆连接处形成的凸台起到限位作用。
