Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种准等强度刀翼PDC钻头,主要由钻头基体、刀翼、PDC切削齿、喷嘴、流道和排屑槽组成,喷嘴和刀翼都固定在钻头基体上,PDC切削齿布置在刀翼上,刀翼沿钻头周向的剖面形状是上部厚度明显小、根部厚度大的近似梯形。本实用新型增大了流道空间,减小了岩屑的排出阻力,降低了钻头泥包现象的发生几率,有利于提高钻头的机械钻速;还减少了用于制作刀翼的原材料,不但降低了钻头本身的重量而且也降低了钻头制造成本。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种石油天然气钻井钻头,尤其是一种准等强度刀翼PDC钻头,属于PDC钻头的结构改进。
背景技术
PDC钻头在钻进的时候,扭矩较大,刀翼承受的弯拒也较大,容易造成刀翼折断,为此,在用PDC钻头通常把刀翼作得厚度较大,以增大刀翼抵抗弯拒的能力。然而在用PDC钻头的刀翼沿钻头周向的剖面形状通常为上部厚度和根部厚度近似相等的矩形,因此减小了流道空间,影响了岩屑的排出速度;同时也浪费了制作刀翼的原材料,还增加了钻头本身的重量。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种准等强度刀翼PDC钻头。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型主要由钻头基体、刀翼、PDC切削齿、喷嘴、流道和排屑槽组成,喷嘴镶装在钻头基体上,刀翼固定在钻头基体上,PDC切削齿布置在刀翼上;刀翼沿钻头周向的剖面形状是上部厚度小、根部厚度大的近似梯形。
采用这样的结构后,增大了流道空间,减小了岩屑的排出阻力,因而降低了钻头泥包现象的发生几率,有利于提高钻头的机械钻速;采用这样的结构也减少了用于制作刀翼的原材料,不但降低了钻头本身的重量而且还降低了钻头制造成本。

具体实施方式
参照图1和图2的准等强度刀翼PDC钻头主要由钻头基体1、刀翼2、PDC切削齿3、喷嘴4、流道5和排屑槽6组成,喷嘴4镶装在钻头基体1上,刀翼2固定在钻头基体1上,PDC切削齿3布置在刀翼2上;刀翼2沿钻头周向的剖面形状是上部厚度小、根部厚度大的近似梯形。
在钻进过程中,作用在PDC切削齿3上的切削力F会对刀翼产生一个弯拒,该弯拒是造成刀翼2折断的直接原因。为了避免刀翼2发生折断,在用PDC钻头的刀翼2通常作得厚度很大,而且刀翼2沿钻头周向的剖面一般如图2中的ABCDE形状,为上部和根部厚度基本相同的近似矩形剖面。但事实上在用PDC钻头的刀翼2的折断通常发生在根部,这是因为根部受到的弯拒最大,而刀翼2从上部到根部各处厚度基本相同所致。从理论上分析可知,图2中的ADE三角形是等强度剖面形状,但鉴于PDC切削齿3具有一定的几何尺寸,本实用新型的刀翼2沿钻头周向的剖面制作成如图2中的ABDE形状,即根部厚度等同于在用PDC钻头的刀翼,而上部厚度却明显小于根部的近似梯形,这是一个比等强度剖面形状更安全的准等强度剖面形状,只要刀翼2的根部不发生折断,其它部位也不会发生折断。
本实用新型的刀翼2采用准等强度剖面形状后,增大了流道5的空间,减小了岩屑的排出阻力,因而降低了钻头泥包现象的发生几率,有利于提高钻头的机械钻速;采用这样的结构也减少了用于制作刀翼2的原材料,不但降低了钻头本身的重量而且还降低了钻头制造成本。

1.一种准等强度刀翼PDC钻头,主要由钻头基体(1)、刀翼(2)、PDC切削齿(3)、喷嘴(4)、流道(5)和排屑槽(6)组成,喷嘴(4)镶装在钻头基体(1)上,刀翼(2)固定在钻头基体(1)上,PDC切削齿(3)布置在刀翼(2)上,其特征在于:刀翼(2)沿钻头周向的剖面形状是上部厚度小、根部厚度大的近似梯形。
