一种可加热和传送数据的注塑复合钢丝绳,是由塑料保护层、编织网、钢丝、钢丝股、纤维绳、电缆、数据传送线、电讯股、填充物构成;一定数量的钢丝绞结在一起并注入填充物黏结成钢丝股;一定数量的纤维绳、电缆和数据传送线绞结在一起并注入填充物黏结成电讯股;以电讯股为中心,围绕电讯股均匀排列一定数量的钢丝股并彼此绞结在一起,电讯股与钢丝股之间、钢丝股与钢丝股之间都注入填充物黏结成钢丝绳;在钢丝绳的外表面上缠绕编织网,编织网通过浇注填充物与钢丝绳黏结在一起;在浇注填充物的编织网上再浇注橡胶构成塑料保护层。优点是防止井液渗透;韧性好,可加热和传送信号。

技术领域:
本实用新型涉及一种可加热和传送数据的注塑复合钢丝绳,属于钢丝绳中的一种,可用于油田起重、测试及数据传送。
背景技术:
我公司研制的实用新型专利号为200820006578.8一种注塑复合钢丝绳,它虽然解决了有压力条件下的钢丝绳渗漏问题,但还存在在寒冷地区易裂碎现象,此外数据传送线单独下井,在井里易被刮破和断裂。
发明内容:
本实用新型目的是针对上述现有技术的不足,提供一种可加热和传送数据的注塑复合钢丝绳,实现在寒冷环境下通电加热和传送测试井下数据的功能。
本实用新型的技术方案是:一种可加热和传送数据的注塑复合钢丝绳,是由塑料保护层、编织网、钢丝、钢丝股、纤维绳、电缆、数据传送线、电讯股、填充物构成;一定数量的钢丝绞结在一起并注入热熔的填充物黏结成钢丝股;一定数量的纤维绳、电缆和数据传送线绞结在一起并注入热熔的填充物黏结成电讯股;以电讯股为中心,围绕电讯股均匀排列一定数量的钢丝股并彼此绞结在一起,电讯股与钢丝股之间、钢丝股与钢丝股之间都注入热熔的填充物黏结成钢丝绳;在钢丝绳的外表面上缠绕编织网,编织网通过浇注热熔的填充物与钢丝绳黏结在一起;在浇注填充物的编织网上再浇注一定厚度高分子材料或橡胶构成塑料保护层,就构成了一种可加热和传送数据的注塑复合钢丝绳。
本实用新型的优点是:各种单根线与线之间、股与股之间的缝隙中都注入了热熔的填充物,避免了钢丝绳内部缝隙互相连通,可防止井下液体上窜;塑料保护层与填充物熔合在一起,在压力下不易渗透;编织网又提高了钢丝绳的抗拉性;加入电缆和数据传送线,使本实用新型在寒冷环境下可通电加热和将测试井下产液信号传送到地面,防止单根数据线在井下被刮破和断裂。

电缆6可以通电加热,加热后的注塑复合钢丝绳可以具有良好的柔韧性,防止在寒冷环境下的脆裂。数据传送线7与钢丝绳浇注在一起,可以避免单线下井中出现断裂和刮碰破损等现象。

  1. 一种可加热和传送数据的注塑复合钢丝绳是由塑料保护层(1)、编织网(2)、钢丝(3)、钢丝股(4)、纤维绳(5)、电缆(6)、数据传送线(7)、电讯股(8)、填充物(9)构成,其特征在于:一定数量的钢丝(3)绞结在一起并注入热熔的填充物(9)黏结成钢丝股(4);一定数量的纤维绳(5)、电缆(6)和数据传送线(7)绞结在一起并注入热熔的填充物(9)黏结成电讯股(8);以电讯股(8)为中心,围绕电讯股(8)均匀排列一定数量的钢丝股(4)并彼此绞结在一起,电讯股(8)与钢丝股(4)之间、钢丝股(4)与钢丝股(4)之间都注入热熔的填充物(9)黏结成钢丝绳(10);在钢丝绳(10)的外表面上缠绕编织网(2),编织网(2)通过浇注热熔的填充物(9)与钢丝绳(10)黏结在一起;在浇注填充物(9)的编织网(2)上再浇注橡胶构成塑料保护层(1)。
