- 一种可加热和传送数据的注塑复合钢丝绳是由塑料保护层(1)、编织网(2)、钢丝(3)、钢丝股(4)、纤维绳(5)、电缆(6)、数据传送线(7)、电讯股(8)、填充物(9)构成,其特征在于:一定数量的钢丝(3)绞结在一起并注入热熔的填充物(9)黏结成钢丝股(4);一定数量的纤维绳(5)、电缆(6)和数据传送线(7)绞结在一起并注入热熔的填充物(9)黏结成电讯股(8);以电讯股(8)为中心,围绕电讯股(8)均匀排列一定数量的钢丝股(4)并彼此绞结在一起,电讯股(8)与钢丝股(4)之间、钢丝股(4)与钢丝股(4)之间都注入热熔的填充物(9)黏结成钢丝绳(10);在钢丝绳(10)的外表面上缠绕编织网(2),编织网(2)通过浇注热熔的填充物(9)与钢丝绳(10)黏结在一起;在浇注填充物(9)的编织网(2)上再浇注橡胶构成塑料保护层(1)。
