Abstract

一种温控阀门，在阀壳中设置波纹管，波纹管中固定阀芯，它是利用波纹管的热胀冷缩性能来推动阀芯，对固定在阀壳两端的冷热水进口进行流量控制，使冷热水在波纹管附近混合后得到一个按设定所要求的水温从输出口输出。这样的阀门能自动调节输出口的水温，为洗澡时调节水温提供方便。

本实用新型涉及一种阀门，具体地说是一种能自动调节温度的阀门。
背景技术
在洗澡时经常要对水龙头进行冷热水调节，以合适的水温来冲洗，但在调节时水温往往会忽冷忽热，会使人感到很不舒服，尤其是对孩子来说，更难把握，需要家长帮助才能完成，可是，目前市场上很少见家庭有自动调节温度功能的阀门。
发明内容
为了解决阀门自动调节温度的功能，本实用新型提供一种温控阀门，该阀门是利用波纹管热冷缩的原理来控制阀芯对冷热水进行调节，输出人们所预设水温的洗澡水。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采取的技术措施是，在阀壳内的中间位置设置用热胀系数大的金属材料制成的波纹管，在波纹管内固定阀芯，阀芯的两端可分别闭合连接在阀壳两端的冷热水进口阀座上，为了使冷热水充分混合，冷热水分别从波纹管的下方进入，在波纹管的位置进行混合，然后从波纹管上方设置的挡板两侧向上从出口阀门输出。波纹管的两端分别套在冷热水阀座的外圆上，一端能自由伸缩，另一端的外壁固定齿条，与调节齿杆啮合连接，调节齿杆上端伸出阀壳连接旋钮，转动旋钮可改变波纹管与冷热水进口阀的相对位置来设定阀门的出口温度。使用时预先转动温度调节旋钮，根据设置在旋钮下的刻度，转到所需要的温度，然后打开输出阀手柄，冷热水分别从阀壳两端进入到波纹管位置进行混合。如果水温偏高，波纹管膨胀，带动阀芯向热水口移动，减小热水流量。反之亦然，当水温稳定在预设温度附近时，波纹管的伸缩量很小，输出口输出所设定的温度水流。从而达到阀门自动调节温度的目的。
本实用新型的有益效果是，方便洗澡时的水温调节，结构简单。

具体实施方式
图1中，在阀壳2中设置波纹管6，波纹管的两端套在固定在阀壳两端的冷热水进口9、4的外圆上，在波纹管内通过固定架7固定阀芯5，阀芯两端的锥形头可分别闭合冷热水进水口的阀座上，在波纹管的一端设置齿条8，调节杆10相对应齿条的位置固定齿轮12，调节杆从阀壳上方伸出安装旋钮11，通常在旋钮下方设置温度刻盘，挡板3设置在波纹管的上方，图中1是输出口阀。

1、一种温控阀门，在阀壳中设置波纹管，波纹管的两端分别套在固定在阀壳两端的冷热水进口的外圆上，其特征是：在波纹管中固定两头呈锥形的阀芯。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种温控阀门，其特征是：阀壳内在波纹管的上方固定挡板。
3、根据权利要求1所述的一种温控阀门，其特征是：在波纹管的一端固定齿条，调节杆上端伸出阀壳安装旋钮，下端固定齿轮与波纹管齿条相啮合。
