背景技术
在精神临床工作中，经常遇到到一些精神失常、性情暴躁的患者，不配合治疗，因此，目前在给患者治疗时，一般采用固定带将其捆绑在床上，然后，利用固定带把患者的腕部固定，将其上肢往上拉，这样易造成上肢臂的神经麻痹，患者也感到疼痛不适，同时，也经常出现固定不牢固，不能有效地控制患者侧翻。
发明内容
为了克服上述存在的问题，本实用新型提供一种医用肩部固定带，它使用方便，操作简单，固定效果好，相对来说患者比较舒适。
本实用新型的技术方案是这样实现的：主要包括前胸片体、肩带、腋侧带，其特点是：前胸片体上部设置有肩带，在前胸片体两侧设置有腋侧带，前胸片体与肩带和腋侧带固定连接。
本实用新型的有益效果是：它能够有效地控制患者侧翻、做起及上下移动身体，并能使肢体处于功能位，相对来说患者比较舒适，并具有使用方便，操作简单，固定效果好等优点。

具体实施方式
如图所示，本实用新型采用薄帆布加工制作而成，前胸片体1上部设置有四个肩带2，在前胸片体1两侧各设置有两个腋侧带3，前胸片体1与肩带2和腋侧带3通过缝制固定连接。
