本实用新型的目的是提供一种汤勺，兼顾有孔汤勺与无孔汤勺的功能特点，使用方便，造型美观，成本低廉。
本实用新型的目的这样实现：
本实用新型包括勺柄、勺、环形漏网。其特征在于在勺上方安装有环形漏网。
环形漏网通过焊接方式与勺紧密相连，或与勺为一体。
所述环形漏网高约2cm，此时勺直径约为6cm。网高可视汤勺大小酌情调整。
勺柄、勺、环形漏网的材料均可为不锈钢、硬质塑料或木材。
本实用新型的优点是结构简单，使用方便，成本低廉，能轻松地分别舀起汤水或汤中内容。
