针对现有技术中存在的不足之处，本实用新型的目的是提供一种可以旋转的笔筒。
本实用新型的目的是通过下述技术方案实现的：一种旋转笔筒，它包括上筒体和下筒体；上筒体为8字形，一头为通孔，另一头为有底的筒状区；下筒体为和上筒体相配的8字形，一头为有底的筒状轴，另一头为有底的筒状区；上筒体的通孔套接于下筒体的筒状轴上；上筒体是一个以上。
本实用新型的优点在于：本实用新型的笔筒，既有盛笔的功能，又带有多个筒状的储藏区，可以放置其他的物件，并且由于可以旋转，可以同时打开所有储藏区。
