Abstract

可指示温度的管接头,包括壳体,壳体中设有一水流通道,还包括一传热件,该传热件一端位于所述水流通道中,另一端连接有一螺线形的双金属片,该螺线形的双金属片的中心端与所述传热件连接,另一端设有一指针。本实用新型采用双金属片感温变形实现指示温度的功能,与以往采用数显示温度计相比,其成本和结构都相对简单;本实用新型的面盖的转动可实现水量调节功能。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及卫浴用具,具体地说是指一种可指示温度的管接头。
背景技术
无论是家庭还是宾馆、饭店等公共场所,供水管道中一般都提供热水,并且可调节水温。人们在使用过程中,通常是一边调节水温,一边直接用手来感知水温是否适合自己的需要,直到水温适宜为止。这种方式有以下缺点:一,在调节好水温之前,无论水温过冷或过热都会给人们带来不适感;二,调节感知水温的过程产生了水的浪费;三,无法精确控制水温,不能保证两次使用时水温一致。
专利号为200520072341.6的中国专利公开了一种“温度数显水龙头”,主要是通过温度传感器探头感知水温,再通过数显温度计来显示水温。专利号为200720108996.3的中国专利“可显示温度的水龙头”也采用了类似的结构。中国专利200520056948.5号公开的一种“示温水龙头”则是在出水管外表面设置颜色可随温度变化而变化的感温元件。类似的方案还有很多。
实用新型内容
本实用新型提供一种可指示温度的管接头,其主要目的在于以更简单的结构和更低的成本来实现指示水管中水温的功能。
本实用新型采用如下技术方案:可指示温度的管接头,包括壳体,壳体中设有一水流通道,还包括一传热件,该传热件一端位于所述水流通道中,另一端连接有一螺线形的双金属片,该螺线形的双金属片的中心端与所述传热件连接,另一端设有一指针。
前述可指示温度的管接头,其壳体中设有一芯轴,该芯轴呈一端开口一端封闭的圆筒状,该开口端形成所述水流通道的进水口,该芯轴的侧壁设有所述水流通道的出水口,该芯轴的封闭端设有一面盖,该面盖中心镶嵌有一镶件,该镶件的内端旋合有一螺钉,该螺钉的头部位于所述水流通道内,该螺钉和镶件构成所述的传热件,该镶件的外端连接所述双金属片。
所述芯轴内设有一可转动的圆柱面形的挡水片,该挡水片设有与所述出水口相对应的缺口,该挡水片通过所述螺钉固定连接于所述镶件上,所述芯轴的封闭端夹设于该挡水片与所述面盖之间。
该面盖外周与所述壳体之间设有磨擦环。
所述面盖外侧设有一将所述双金属片及指针覆盖于其中的透明盖。
由上述对本实用新型结构的描述可知,和现有技术相比,本实用新型具有如下优点:一,本实用新型采用双金属片感温变形实现指示温度的功能,与以往采用数显示温度计相比,其成本和结构都相对简单;二,本实用新型的面盖的转动可实现水量调节功能。

具体实施方式
下面参照附图说明本实用新型的具体实施方式。
可指示温度的管接头,参照图1,包括壳体1,该壳体1中设有一芯轴2,该芯轴2呈上端开口、下端封闭的圆筒状,该芯轴2内部形成一水流通道20,该上部开口端形成该水流通道20的进水口21,该进水口21设有球面连接头9,该芯轴2的侧壁设有所述水流通道20的出水口22。
该芯轴2下端的封闭端下方设有一面盖3,该面盖3中心镶嵌有一镶件4,该镶件4的内端旋合有一螺钉5。该螺钉5的头部位于所述水流通道20内,该螺钉5和镶件4构成一传热件。同时参照图2,该镶件4的外端连接有一双金属片7,该双金属片7为螺线形,其中心端与所述镶件4的外端连接,另一端设有一指针71。当水流通道20中有水流过时,螺钉5受热,热能经镶件4传递至双金属片7,双金属片7内外层金属膨胀系数不同,因此发生变形带动指针71转动,从而实现指示温度的功能。
所述芯轴2的水流通道20内靠底端位置设有一可转动的圆柱面形的挡水片6,该挡水片6设有与所述出水口22相对应的缺口60,该挡水片6通过所述螺钉5固定连接于所述镶件4上,所述芯轴2底端夹设于该挡水片6与所述面盖3之间。转动面盖3,可带动该挡水片6一起转动。该面盖3外周与所述壳体1之间设有磨擦环31。该面盖3外侧设有一将所述双金属片7及指针71覆盖于其中的透明盖8。转动面盖3,带动挡水片6转动,调节挡水片6上的缺口60与出水口22的重合程度,从而可调节水量大小。
上述仅为本实用新型的具体实施方式,但本实用新型的设计构思并不局限于此,凡利用此构思对本实用新型进行非实质性的改动,均应属于侵犯本实用新型保护范围的行为。

Claims (5)

1、可指示温度的管接头,包括壳体,壳体中设有一水流通道,其特征在于:还包括一传热件,该传热件一端位于所述水流通道中,另一端连接有一螺线形的双金属片,该螺线形的双金属片的中心端与所述传热件连接,另一端设有一指针。
2、如权利要求1所述的可指示温度的管接头,其特征在于:所述壳体中设有一芯轴,该芯轴呈一端开口一端封闭的圆筒状,该开口端形成所述水流通道的进水口,该芯轴的侧壁设有所述水流通道的出水口,该芯轴的封闭端设有一面盖,该面盖中心镶嵌有一镶件,该镶件的内端旋合有一螺钉,该螺钉的头部位于所述水流通道内,该螺钉和镶件构成所述的传热件,该镶件的外端连接所述双金属片。
3、如权利要求2所述的可指示温度的管接头,其特征在于:所述芯轴内设有一可转动的圆柱面形的挡水片,该挡水片设有与所述出水口相对应的缺口,该挡水片通过所述螺钉固定连接于所述镶件上,所述芯轴的封闭端夹设于该挡水片与所述面盖之间。
4、如权利要求3所述的可指示温度的管接头,其特征在于:所述面盖外周与所述壳体之间设有磨擦环。
5、如权利要求2所述的可指示温度的管接头,其特征在于:所述面盖外侧设有一将所述双金属片及指针覆盖于其中的透明盖。
