Cylindrical roller bearings, when used on work rolls, tend to have a thickened outer ring so that the pressure on the work roll is transmitted through the intermediate roll to the backup roll and through the saddle system to the frame. The invention relates to a cylindrical roller bearing with a base plate, which comprises an integral outer ring, an integral inner ring, flat retainer rings positioned on two end faces of the bearing, three rows of rollers between the inner ring and the outer ring, and a retainer for limiting the rollers. Wherein the flat retainer ring abuts against the end face of the inner ring, and has a radial dimension larger than that of the inner ring, thereby serving as a rib of the outer roller. An annular thrust backing plate is concentrically arranged at the outer edge of the flat retainer ring, and the outer diameter of the thrust backing plate extends to an annular flange which is protruded along the axial direction on the end face of the outer ring.
The cylindrical roller bearing provided with the base plate is improved in that three rows of rollers are arranged at intervals, one row of rollers positioned on the outer side is limited in the second retainer, and the other two rows of rollers are limited by the first retainer; two parallel annular oil discharge grooves are arranged in the middle of the inner ring inner hole cylindrical surface.
The bearing of the invention has good material selection, adopts GCr15 to quench by bainite, can improve the rated load of the bearing, and prolong the service life of the bearing; the rated service life of the bearing can be prolonged by more than two times; structural design is reasonable, resources are saved.

As shown in fig. 1, a cylindrical roller bearing provided with a shim plate includes an integral outer race 01, an integral inner race 02, retainer rings 12 at both end faces of the bearing, three rows of rollers between the inner and outer races, and a cage for confining the rollers. Wherein the flat collar 12 abuts against the end face of the inner ring 02 and has a radial dimension greater than that of the inner ring 02, thereby acting as a flange for the outer roller.
The important improvement of the invention is that an annular thrust pad 11 is concentrically arranged at the outer edge of the flat retainer ring 12, and the outer diameter of the thrust pad 11 extends to an annular flange which axially protrudes from the end face of the outer ring 01. Furthermore, three rows of rollers of the bearing are spaced, the outer row of rollers being defined in the second cage 26, the other two rows of rollers being defined by the first cage 06; two parallel annular oil discharge grooves are arranged in the middle of the inner hole cylindrical surface of the inner ring 02.
The bearing comprises an outer ring 01, an outer ring 02, rolling bodies, carburizing steel GCr15 steel and bainite quenching, wherein the inner ring and the outer ring are not provided with flanges, the outer ring is thickened and is in a special shape, the inner ring is in a circular ring shape, the inner diameter of the inner ring is provided with two rows of oil holes to ensure good lubrication, the two sides of the inner ring are provided with the flat check rings 12, and the two sides between the inner ring and the outer ring are provided with the thrust bearing plates so as to be arranged in a bearing box to play a role in sealing.
