Abstract

一种涉及太阳能热水器制造的阳台型金属板太阳能热水器,现有的太阳能热水器产品多数是进口硅硼玻璃真空黑管式的,这是因为过去的金属管制品在热量收集效率上不及真空黑管;其实黑管之所以能集热多散热少,多半靠它的厚玻璃确实是不良导体。但玻璃管强度低又难以切割,只能在水箱上钻许多工艺复杂的孔插入黑管,上下还要加钢架保护,这就限制了热水器的形状增大体积又抬高成本;本品用喷砂涂黑的金属板密封纵横管道板集热,利用廉价的泡沫塑料和平板玻璃前后隔热,使制成的热水器本身有经久耐用的金属板强度,同样供热水却价廉物美,它还能代替新建房阳台栏杆实现一举两得,又可以全用国产材料。

本实用新型涉及太阳能热水器制造,是现有太阳能热水器的强固化国产化改进。
背景技术
收集太阳热能并不神秘复杂,自行车黑座垫在太阳下一会儿就晒得很烫,就是黑色不良导体善于集热贮热的常见例证;目前上市的太阳能热水器可说全是进口硅硼玻璃真空黑管式的,这是因为过去的金属管制品在热量收集效率方面不及玻璃黑管;可是真空也不算什么热的不良导体,黑玻璃管之所以能集热多散热少,多半靠它的厚玻璃确是不良导体。现代人在生活用品上有追求高新的倾向,对于“进口高科技制品”较乐于接受,所以玻璃黑管能独霸目前的市场。但玻璃管强度低又难以切割,只能在内外为钢皮中间为海绵的水箱上钻许多工艺复杂的密封孔让黑管插入,上下还要加钢架保护,这就使热水器增大许多体积无法装在普通阳台上;又大为抬高成本使节能降耗的太阳能热水器又贵又高大很不易被推广,这么多年推广至今许多城市家庭普及率还不到1%。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种“阳台型金属板太阳能热水器”以解决上述问题。其采用的技术方案是:用两大块国产不锈钢板或合金板,按说明书附图压制碰焊成0.95米见方大小的纵横管道板,然后喷砂涂黑,管道板后面如水箱般包薄钢板后注入泡沫塑料,正面嵌入8mm厚平板大玻璃并加胶,将其25.4mm进出水管接通挂在阳台侧墙上的圆角矩形不锈钢内胆水箱,水箱接通进出水阀门;同时将管道板依照阳台大小串联安装在栏杆外或代替栏杆。
本实用新型的有益效果是:这种金属管道板是很成熟的技术,早在上世纪就在国产冰箱中使氟利昂高压气体都能防漏许多年,该结构本身就有很高的强度;这样安装就使黑色的管道板很难通过传导和对流向外散热,构成热的不良导体就能良好收集太阳热量,其厚玻璃绝热系数很大,成本却仅是一根黑管的三分之一,这就构成收集太阳热量很多而漏热很少的集热器,其成本小于现有太阳能热水器的一半,集热能力却远不止一半;即效率降低程度大大低于成本降低程度。普通朝东南阳台栏杆的面积都比黑管产品的采光面积大得多,不需要黑管的高效率,而面积大的金属板热水器因强度高寿命长很容易受人欢迎:其最大优点是能在普通小阳台上安装太阳能热水器,在旧房栏杆上可用晒被式安装,如新建房用它代替栏杆就更方便,总之是局部效率降低却整体效益和适应性大增,又可以全部使用国产材料。

具体实施方式
本品图1的管道板由金属板压延工厂开模制成主体,注意冷热水进水管口(4)的密封,可以在上面接口处铺装塑料或木制的靠栏,管道板(1)内实际上是薄桶与管道的结合,一要密封度二要本身强度三要薄度,其实内部加热对流过程与侧热式热水器很相似;用大管口是为了管道板内部可靠流通。0.95m见方是为了适应各种阳台,必要时可另制0.75m宽度的小型板式,积累经验后再做大,特别是新建房可制整个阳台一板式代替栏杆。总的说来,这种阳台型金属板太阳能热水器符合国情,是可使家庭用能源大节约又更好用的大事。希望本品试制时用同容量水箱与黑管产品对比拿出准确的价格能量比,让行业各方都能看到它的先进性和眼前长远利益,使中国人能早日实现普遍使用清洁能源又大量节能降耗。

  1. 一种阳台型金属板太阳能热水器,其特征是:用两大块国产不锈钢板或合金板,经压制碰焊成0.95米见方大小的纵横管道板,然后喷砂涂黑,管道板后面如水箱般包薄钢板后注入泡沫塑料,正面嵌入8mm厚平板大玻璃并加胶,将其25.4mm进出水管接通挂在阳台侧墙上的圆角矩形不锈钢内胆水箱,水箱接通进出水阀门;并将管道板按需要作串联安装。
