吸引器储液瓶的密封机构由储液瓶(1)和瓶盖(4)两个零件组成,在储液瓶(1)的沿结合部位有伸出的隼头(2),且隼头(2)有锥度,锥度呈外头小里头大,锥度为1∶25。瓶盖(4)是塑料弹性体,采用塑料TPE。在瓶盖(4)的沿结合部位有凹进的凹槽(3),凹槽(3)有和隼头(2)相对应的锥度,锥度为1∶25,锥度呈里头小外头大,隼头(4)比凹槽(3)过盈50丝。当储液瓶(1)上的隼头(2)和瓶盖(4)中的凹槽(3)紧密配合时,便形成吸引器储液瓶的密封机构。
