Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种下风向风力发电机回转阻尼与止动机构,它主要包括风向仪、齿轮箱、电机、小带轮、大带轮、同步带和底座法兰,电机通过齿轮箱与小带轮连接,小带轮与大带轮通过同步带连接,大带轮与底座通过螺栓连接固定,张紧轮安装在齿轮箱支架上,在支架上安装有配合张紧轮的弹簧,通过永磁电机短接特性,在无电源的情况下转动阻力较大以及齿轮箱和同步带传动之间的变速增加扭矩,起到较好的阻尼效果。本产品解决了下风向风力发电机在发电的过程中受风的变化以及塔影效应等因素的影响造成的发电机摆动频繁,导致功率输出不稳定的问题,提高了发电机的工作效率,降低了零件的磨损程度,在检修的时候也变得更加安全和方便。

本实用新型涉及风力发电机及机械传动技术领域。
背景技术
现有的下风向风力发电机,由于风轮处在主机和塔杆的下风侧,因为受风的变化以及塔影效应等因素的影响,工作中风机主机容易摇摆不定,造成发电机功率输出不稳定,效率低下,且回转轴承等零件由于频繁工作而易磨损。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了解决上述技术的不足而提供的一种提高下风向风力发电机工作效率,降低零件磨损的的下风向风力发电机回转阻尼与止动机构。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型所设计的下风向风力发电机回转阻尼与止动机构,它主要包括风向仪、齿轮箱、电机、小带轮、大带轮、同步带和底座法兰,电机通过齿轮箱与小带轮连接,小带轮与大带轮通过同步带连接,大带轮与底座通过螺栓连接固定,张紧轮安装在齿轮箱支架上,在支架上安装有配合张紧轮的弹簧,通过永磁电机短接特性,在无电源的情况下转动阻力较大以及齿轮箱和同步带传动之间的变速增加扭矩,起到较好的阻尼效果。为了防止同步带传动之间的运动连接失效及增大小带轮包角,在所述的同步带上可设有内外齿,大带轮、小带轮和张紧轮上分别设有与同步带内外齿配合的齿。在支架上安装有与张紧轮配合的手动检修止动旋钮,以方便检修时通过止动旋钮对发电机的回转机构进行止动。
本实用新型所设计的下风向风力发电机回转阻尼与止动机构,操作简单,解决了下风向风力发电机在发电的过程中受风的变化以及塔影效应等因素的影响而造成的发电机摆动频繁,导致功率输出不稳定的问题,提高了发电机的工作效率。同时,大大降低了零件的磨损程度,在检修的时候也变的更加安全和方便,为下风向风力发电机的发展起到了极大的推动作用。

具体实施方式
下面通过实施例结合附图对本实用新型作进一步的描述。
实施例1
如图1和图2所示,本实施例描述的下风向风力发电机回转阻尼与止动机构,它包括风向仪11、齿轮箱3、电机4、小带轮2、大带轮5、同步带1和底座法兰12,风向仪11设置在发电机10的顶部,电机4的制动力矩通过齿轮箱3增加扭矩,电机4通过齿轮箱3与小带轮2连接,小带轮2与大带轮5通过同步带1连接,张紧轮6通过支架8安装在齿轮箱3上,张紧轮6上设有弹簧9增加张紧作用力,大带轮5与底座法兰12通过螺栓连接固定,底座法兰12通过回转轴承13与发电机10连接。在实际运转过程表现为小带轮2围绕大带轮5公转并自转,大带轮5相对底座是静止不动的。风向仪11对风情况对电机4进行控制。当风向仪11检测到发电机10正对风向,或对风向只有较小角度的夹角时,电机4不通电,成阻尼状态。当风向仪11检测到发电机10对风向存在较大夹角时,风向仪11控制电机4通电,电机4带动发电机10缓慢对风,当达到对风位置时,电机4停止转动回到阻尼状态。
如图2所示,所述的同步带1上设有内齿和外齿,大带轮5、小带轮2和张紧轮6上分别设有与同步带1内外齿配合的齿。
如图3所示,张紧轮6通过支架8安装在齿轮箱3上,在支架8上安装有方便检修的手动检修止动旋钮7,当需要检修时,通过旋动旋钮7,旋钮7顶尖嵌入张紧轮6,对张紧轮6进行制动,由于同步带1具有外齿,从而同步带1被限制无法传动.即风机主体被限制在了固定的方位上,以保证检修时的安全操作。

1、一种下风向风力发电机回转阻尼与止动机构,它主要包括风向仪(14)、齿轮箱(3)、电机(4)、小带轮(2)、大带轮(5)、同步带(1)和底座法兰(12),其特征是电机(4)通过齿轮箱(3)与小带轮(2)连接,小带轮(2)与大带轮(5)通过同步带(1)连接,大带轮(5)与底座法兰(12)固定连接,在齿轮箱(3)上安装有与同步带(1)配合的张紧轮(6),在支架(8)上安装有与张紧轮(6)配合的弹簧(9)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的下风向风力发电机回转阻尼与止动机构,其特征是所述的同步带(1)上设有内齿和外齿。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的下风向风力发电机回转阻尼与止动机构,其特征是所述的张紧轮(6)通过支架(8)安装在齿轮箱(3)上,在支架(8)上安装有与张紧轮(6)配合的方便检修的手动检修止动旋钮(7)。
