本实用新型属于一种电池控制系统。
背景技术
目前锂电池控制系统中关键的开关器件均使用mosfit功率管,最大优点是内阻小,功耗低,可并联使用,组成大电流系统,缺点是大电流通过电池系统时由于mosfit内阻,系统产热,同时环境条件限制造成散热不畅,热积累,最终造成电池系统由于高温而关闭,发热成了限制了目前的电池系统容量扩大的瓶颈问题。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述现有技术的缺点,提供一种过电压保护和保证高频信号传输作用的远程供电电源专用保安器。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种电池控制系统,包括电池、控制开关、负载、MOS管,其中电池两端分别与负荷和MOS管连接,所述控制开关与MOS管连接,在MOS管的两端并联有继电器,所述控制开关与继电器连接。
本实用新型的有益效果是:1、大幅度提高了系统容量,可达到原系统3-5倍,2、解决了继电器的拉弧问题,3、系统简单,可靠性高,发热低。

具体实施方式
实施例:如图所示一种电池控制系统,包括电池、控制开关、负载、MOS管,其中电池两端分别与负荷和MOS管连接,所述控制开关与MOS管连接,在MOS管的两端并联有继电器,所述控制开关与继电器连接。
电池工作开始,控制开关先打开MOS管,延迟一段时间再打开继电器,工作结束时,先关闭继电器,后关闭MOS管。
电池工作开始时,继电器处于常闭状态,继电器直接导通,随后MOS管工作,当电池系统关闭时,先关闭继电器,再关闭MOS管,电池全系统关闭后,继电器恢复原始状态.
