技术领域
本实用新型涉及电网设备中的绝缘防护配件,特别是绝缘防护套,它能够使用在电缆分支箱、开关柜、环网柜等输配电设备的电气连接处。
背景技术
在城市电网改造中,需要大量使用电缆分支箱、开关柜、环网柜等输配电设备,因此对这些设备的运行安全可靠性要求也越来越高。原有的电缆分支箱、开关柜、环网柜的进出线端口处以及与母排的电气连接处,如果直接裸露在空气中,易聚集灰尘,在潮湿的环境中,例如在我国南方的一些地区,易形成凝露,这些因素均会降低产品的绝缘性能。现有技术一般采用包扎式或称缠绕式,将绝缘胶带包扎在易形成凝露和易聚集灰尘的地方,但费时费力,操作繁琐,人力和原材料成本高。
实用新型内容
本实用新型针对现有技术的不足,提供一种绝缘防护套,它能够使用在电缆分支箱、开关柜、环网柜等输配电设备的电气连接处。
本实用新型的系列技术方案如下:
绝缘防护套,其特征在于:包括壳体和壳体内适配于包裹电气连接处构件的套装通道,所述壳体为采用绝缘材料的一体结构。
所述绝缘材料采用硅橡胶材料。
所述套装通道包括主通道和支通道,所述主通道和支通道之间通过缩口部连通。
所述主通道的轴心线与支通道的轴心线重合。
所述主通道的轴心线与支通道的轴心线呈丁字形交叉。
所述支通道有两个,上下错位分布于主通道的两边。
本实用新型的技术效果:本实用新型为加强绝缘,依据电气连接处的外形,将包裹在电气连接处的绝缘件设计为一体结构的套装通道,其套装通道与电气连接处紧密配合,既起到了加强绝缘的作用,同时又便于安装,省时省力;将套装通道设计为主通道和支通道结构,以便于和电气连接处更好的配合,主通道和支通道通过缩口部连通,增加了绝缘层厚度,保证了更好的绝缘性;壳体采用硅橡胶作为绝缘材料,电绝缘性能好,具有高弹性,同时具有优良的防水防凝露性能,耐高温低温,不易发生龟裂。

具体实施方式
图1为本实用新型的一个实施例-绝缘防护套,用于安装在开关的进线端,包括壳体1、套装通道2,采用硅橡胶材料一次成型制成一体结构,套装通道2分为支通道4和主通道5,主通道和支通道轴心线重合,主通道为中空的圆柱体,支通道为中空的有一定锥度的圆台,锥度与开关套管的锥度相匹配,主通道和支通道通过缩口部3连通,缩口部与开关套管外径相适配。使用时,将绝缘防护套竖直安装在开关套管上即可。
图2、图3为本实用新型的另两个实施例-绝缘三通防护套和绝缘四通防护套,用于安装在母排与开关的连接处。图2为绝缘三通防护套的结构示意图,包括壳体1和套装通道2,采用硅橡胶材料一次成型制成一体结构,主通道和支通道轴心线呈丁字形交叉,主通道5套在开关上,形状为中空的圆台,锥度与口径与开关套管的锥度与口径相匹配,母排通过支通道4穿入主通道5内,支通道4为中空的圆柱体,口径与母排口径相匹配,连通支通道4与主通道5的缩口部3设计为瓶口形状。
图3为绝缘四通防护套的的结构示意图,与绝缘三通不同的是,绝缘四通有左右两个支通道4,并且两个支通道轴线不在一条直线上,相互错开一个母排的直径,母排从左右支通道穿入主通道5后,可相互叠合。

1.绝缘防护套,其特征在于:包括壳体和壳体内适配于包裹电气连接处构件的套装通道,所述壳体为采用绝缘材料的一体结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的绝缘防护套,其特征在于所述绝缘材料采用硅橡胶材料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的绝缘防护套,其特征在于所述套装通道包括主通道和支通道,所述主通道和支通道之间通过缩口部连通。
4.根据权利要求3所述的绝缘防护套,其特征在于所述主通道的轴心线与支通道的轴心线重合。
5.根据权利要求3所述的绝缘防护套,其特征在于所述主通道的轴心线与支通道的轴心线呈丁字形交叉。
6.根据权利要求5所述的绝缘防护套,其特征在于所述支通道有两个,上下错位分布于主通道的两边。
