一种高光效低亮度组合式LED照明装置,包括至少2个LED灯和一个驱动器,所述LED灯由一只LED或多只LED串联组成;所述LED灯相互串联形成LED灯组,该LED灯组的正、负两端分别与驱动器输出端正、负极连接;所述驱动器的输入端直接与市电联接,或与电压可调电源联接。本实用新型可实现低亮度照明,并具有亮度连续可调、光效高、稳定性好、体积小、使用安装和设计十分灵活方便、成本低廉、高效节能等诸多特点,特别适合于各种生态养殖场或其它密集型低亮度照明场合。

一种高光效低亮度组合式LED照明装置
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种LED照明装置,具体地说是一种适合于生态养殖场或其它密集型低亮度照明场合的LED照明装置。
背景技术
在一些特殊照明场合,需要对照明光的光参数进行智能控制。比如在生态养殖的过程中,根据生物的不同生长期对光照的要求,需要在养殖过程中进行针对性的补光,即对生物照明的亮度、光谱、色温等光参数进行控制,以满足生物最佳繁殖条件,加快生长速度,提高养殖效益。传统方法中,白炽灯是最简单可行的照明光源,但由于白炽灯热辐射大,光效低,其连续光谱特性使大量的无用光谱能量白白浪费,甚至产生对生物生长有害的热量,因此从照明效果和节约能源考虑,白炽灯在一些特种照明场合已经逐步被淘汰;节能荧光灯虽然比白炽灯节能,但由于其光参数难以控制、结构复杂以及发热、易碎、光损耗较大等缺点,也不适用于一些特种照明。
近年来,LED半导体照明技术得到了飞速发展。LED半导体光源以其体积小、重量轻、光效高、发热低、机械强度大、安全可靠、寿命长、应用灵活、便于管理控制等诸多优点,正在得到广泛开发和应用。目前,LED的发光效率可以达到120lm/W,比白炽灯节能十分之九,比节能荧光灯节能三分之二以上,而且,LED光效尚具有巨大发展空间,预计未来几年,其光效可达到200lm/W以上,将以绝对优势取代传统的白炽灯和节能荧光灯照明。
LED应用在生态养殖业,采用灯照方式进行干预以提高养殖效率,已经得到业界高度重视,常规的LED照明都是采用开关电源方式,由于工作电压低,要达到相同功率,势必要设计较大的工作电流,这给安装布线带来困难,而且对密集型照明来说,大电流意味着较大的线路损耗和故障隐患,加之大功率开关电源驱动器的电路十分复杂,成本较高。本实用新型针对以上技术缺陷,提供一种电路结构十分简单、成本低廉、可靠性高,且具有高光效、亮度连续可调的组合式LED照明装置。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种低亮度且亮度连续可调、电路简单、成本低廉、可靠性高的,适用于生态养殖或其它密集型低亮度特种照明场合的高光效低亮度组合式LED照明装置。
本实用新型采用以下技术方案:
一种高光效低亮度组合式LED照明装置,包括至少2个LED灯和一个驱动器,所述LED灯由一只LED或多只LED串联组成;所述LED灯相互串联形成LED灯组,该LED灯组的正、负两端分别与驱动器输出端正、负极连接;所述驱动器的输入端直接与市电联接,或与电压可调电源联接。
较好的方案:上述LED灯电路串联有一限流电阻,在LED旁并联有稳压二极管。
较好的方案:上述驱动器是阻容降压电路和桥式整流电路组成的组合电路。
一种更好的方案:上述的驱动器包括输出电压可调的电压调节电路。
本实用新型可实现低亮度照明,并具有亮度连续可调、光效高、稳定性好、体积小、使用安装和设计十分灵活方便、成本低廉、高效节能等诸多特点,特别适合于各种生态养殖场或其它密集型低亮度照明场合。

具体实施方式
为了便于本领域技术人员的理解,下面将结合具体实施例及附图对本实用新型结构原理作进一步详细描述:
在附图1所示的实施例中,包括一个驱动器1和一个LED灯组;LED灯组由四个LED灯2串联组成。驱动器1电路采用阻容降压电路11和桥式整流电路12组成的组合电路,起到为LED灯组提供直流电源和限流保护作用,其输入端直接与市电联接,或与0V-220V可调的交流电源联接,其输出端连接由四个相同的LED灯串联组成的LED灯组,输出端正、负极分别与LED灯组的正、负两端连接。
在本实施例中,每个LED灯2由21只LED21串联而成,其中,每3个串联LED电路的两端并联有稳压二极管22,该稳压二极管在某一只LED开路时导通续流,以保证其余LED能够继续正常工作,同时还起到消除尖脉冲冲击作用。四个LED灯2共有84只LED串联,正常工作时,总压降在252V左右,选择适当阻容降压电路11参数以及通过串联在LED灯电路的限流电阻R,以保证驱动器输出电压能够满足LED的工作电流在0-20mA范围内变化。
根据照明场地的大小和亮度要求,可以改变LED灯个数和灯中LED数量,也可以将LED灯设计成各种形状和样式,如灯管、灯泡、灯盘等。在实际运用中,为了便于调节亮度,可在驱动器内设计有电压调整电路,或在驱动器之前增加有交流电压调整装置,或在多个组合式LED照明装置之前设计有一个交流电压调整装置,使驱动器的输入电压可以在市电电压范围内任意调整,以控制LED灯组的发光亮度。上述的电压调整电路、交流电压调整装置均可采用现在常见的感应式变压电路,在此不做赘述。
由于本实施例中的的全部LED以串联方式工作,驱动器的总工作电流就是流过单只LED的电流,不超过20mA,可以大大降低线路损耗,加之电路十分简洁,又无发热功率元件,只要在结构方面按照安全标准设计,整个照明装置的工作稳定性和可靠性十分优异,节能效果十分明显。
上述实施例仅为实现本实用新型的优选方案,并非限定性穷举,在不脱离本实用新型发明构思的前提下,任何显而易见的替换均在本实用新型保护范围之内。

1.一种高光效低亮度组合式LED照明装置,包括至少2个LED灯和一个驱动器,其特征在于:所述LED灯由一只LED或多只LED串联组成;所述LED灯相互串联形成LED灯组,该LED灯组的正、负两端分别与驱动器输出端正、负极连接;所述驱动器的输入端直接与市电联接,或与电压可调电源联接。
2.根据权利1所述的高光效低亮度组合式LED照明装置,其特征在于:所述的LED灯电路串联有一限流电阻,在LED旁并联有稳压二极管。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的高光效低亮度组合式LED照明装置,其特征在于:所述驱动器是阻容降压电路和桥式整流电路组成的组合电路。
4.根据权利要求3所述的高光效低亮度组合式LED照明装置,其特征在于:所述的驱动器包括输出电压可调的电压调节电路。
