背景技术
目前,常用的三层保暖布料,是通过机织的方式编织成为一体的,其中间层为化纤。用上述结构的布料做成的保暖内衣,存在以下缺陷:一是容易产生静电,二是柔软性差,三是透气性差。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是针对上述不足,提供一种不产生静电、柔软性和透气性好的全棉绗缝布料。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供了一种如下结构的全棉绗缝布料,该布料为三层结构,上层和下层分别为全棉织物层,中间层为天然棉絮层,上述三层通过绗缝连接成一体。
上述结构的全棉绗缝布料,由于上层和下层分别为全棉织物层,中间层为天然棉絮层,因而不会产生静电,又由于中间层为天然棉絮层以及上述三层通过绗缝连接成一体,三层间的连接不是十分紧密,因此使布料具有更好的柔软性、透气性和保暖性。
为了满足不同消费者的需要,所述天然棉絮层的厚度为2-20mm。
为了使该布料生产工艺简单、生产成本低,所述全棉织物层为机织织物层。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示的全棉绗缝布料,该布料为三层结构,上层1和下层2分别为全棉织物层,全棉织物层采用机织织物,例如针织织物,中间层为天然棉絮层3。上层1、天然棉絮层3和下层2通过绗缝连接成一体,即把上述三层按顺序层叠在一起,然后通过绗缝机用绗缝线4缝制成为一体。所述天然棉絮层的厚度为2-20mm。天然棉絮层的厚度为2mm时,天然棉絮的量约为60克/平方米,天然棉絮层的厚度为20mm时,天然棉絮的量约为200克/平方米。

1.一种全棉绗缝布料,其特征是:该布料为三层结构,上层和下层分别为全棉织物层,中间层为天然棉絮层,上述三层通过绗缝连接成一体。

3.根据权利要求1或2所述的全棉绗缝布料,其特征是:所述全棉织物层为机织织物层。
