本实用新型的名称是内置式迷你节水阀口,它包括密封滤网、进水圈、外套、进气孔、垫片、草帽形均流片、出水丝网、挡网环、迷尼套筒,适用于洗涤用水阀的节水阀口,属环卫工程领域。当洗涤用水阀开启时,自来水经水阀流出进入嵌有迷你节水阀口的外套,水流流经密封滤网、进水圈、垫片、草帽形均流片、出水丝网时吸入了空气增加了感观流量后从挡网环均匀流出,达到舒适、节水洗涤的效果。

技术领域:
本实用新型的名称是内置式迷你节水阀口,它利用迷你套筒引射的原理从大气中引射吸入空气并与水流混合为气-水二相流,达到节水增效的洗涤效果,属环卫工程领域。
背景技术:
目前所使用的洗涤用水阀多是只起开断作用不能起到节水效果;市场上新近推出的节水阀口或逞是体积过大而外观欠佳;或是结构复杂价位过高,用户难以承担,或装配不便给安装带来困难。
发明内容:
为克服现有的洗涤用水阀阀口上述技术的不足,本实用新型将提供一种能从大气中引射吸入空气并与水流混合为气-水二相流来实现节水。将密封滤网尾部与进水圈入口相联通,密封进水圈出口通过迷你套筒与垫片正面相联通,垫片背面置于迷你套筒内,草帽形均流片的项端嵌入迷你套筒内并朝向垫片背面,草帽形均流片的另一端顺次与出水丝网相联通,密封滤网、进水圈、垫片、草帽形均流片、出水丝网、挡网环都同心地置于迷尼套筒内,组装完整的迷你套筒整体嵌入外套内。这样当内置式迷你节水阀口由外套与阀门出口配接,若开启阀门自来水即通过密封滤网、进水圈、垫片、草帽形均流片、出水丝网、从挡网环流出;当水流过草帽形均流片时会造成负压将空气从迷你套筒壁上开的进气孔吸入而与水流混合成气水二相流,此时从挡网环流出的水已是含有大量微小气泡的气水二相流,看起来体积大、用起舒适而实际耗水少的节水阀口。

当内置式迷你节水阀口由外套3与阀门出口配接,若开启阀门,自来水即通过密封滤网1、进水圈2、垫片5、草帽形均流片6、出水丝网8、从挡网环7流出;当水流过草帽形均流片时会造成负压将空气从迷你套筒9壁上开的进气孔4吸入而与水流混合成气水二相流,此时从挡网环流出的水已是含有大量微小气泡的气水二相流,看起来体积大、用起舒适而实际耗水少的节水阀口。经用户实测:内置式迷你节水阀口水流温和不飞溅,使用舒适但其耗水量仅为原水阀的30%,真正起到了节水洗涤的效果。

1、一种内置式迷你节水阀口,它包括密封滤网(1)、进水圈(2)、外套(3)、进气孔(4)、垫片(5)、草帽形均流片(6)、挡网环(7)、出水丝网(8)、迷你套筒(9),其特征在于密封滤网尾部与进水圈入口相联通,进水圈出口通过迷你套筒与垫片正面相联通,垫片背面置于迷你套筒内,草帽形均流片的项端嵌入迷你套筒内并朝向垫片背面,草帽形均流片的另一端顺次与出水丝网相联通,密封滤网、进水圈、垫片、草帽形均流片、挡网环、出水丝网都同心地置于迷你套筒内,组装完整的迷你套筒整体嵌入外套内。
