本实用新型提供一种点焊机电压降落补偿装置,解决点焊机电压降落焊接不牢等问题,属于电力系统电能质量治理技术,本实用新型由电容器、电容器放电器、电抗器、滤波电阻器、熔断器、故障指示灯、电流表、电压表、功率因数表、电流互感器等组成;本实用新型接入点焊机内部电子开关和降压变压器之间,达到稳定电压、提高点焊质量、滤除谐波、减低无功损耗的目的。

点焊机电压降落补偿装置
一.所属技术领域
本实用新型提供一种点焊机电压降落补偿装置,属于电力系统电能质量治理技术。
二.背景技术
点焊机用于金属件焊接,简单快速,得到广泛应用。点焊系统由单相降压变压器、开关设备、点焊头、被焊接工件组成。点焊机的工作特点是点焊时间短,用电功率大,属大电流冲击性负荷,尤其是有多台点焊机同时工作时,常常因为无功功率大供电不足、电压降落严重而造成焊接不牢靠等质量问题,使成批工件报废,并对邻近的用电设备造成严重影响。
对于上述情况,公知的解决方案主要有二:其一是增加变压器的容量,但这会大大增加设备费用和功率损耗;其二是采用静止式补偿设备集中补偿,既在供电变压器的出线端接入无功补偿设备,但是点焊机冲击电流大,冲击时间短,仅数十毫秒至0.4秒,当补偿装置经测量数据处理后再经开关投入补偿时,点焊机或许已退出工作,使之最需要补偿时并没有得到合理的补偿,且当点焊机退出工作后,已经投入的补偿还可能造成过补偿的危险——谐振。
总之,到目前为止,点焊机造成的电压降落问题尚没有理想的解决方案。
三.发明内容
本实用新型提供一种点焊机电压降落补偿装置,可解决上述点焊机电压降落的问题。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下途径实施的:
本实用新型点焊机电压降落补偿装置由电容器、电容器放电器、电抗器、滤波电阻器、熔断器、仪表等主件及故障指示灯等辅助仪表组成。补偿装置的器件是这样连接的:电容器和电容器放电器并联,电抗器和滤波电阻器并联,熔断器和故障指示灯并联;然后再依次串联。电流表、电压表、功率因数表及电流互感器按常规方法接线。
把本补偿装置接入点焊机内部的电子开关和降压变压器之间,当点焊机启动或停止点焊时,控制器控制电子开关导通或断开,本补偿装置同时投入工作或退出工作,从而实现就地同步补偿,解决了电压降落的问题,并消除了过补偿的危险。
本实用新型能稳定电压、提高点焊质量、滤除谐波、减低无功消耗,实现节能减排的目标。

五.具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明。
图1中点焊系统(见虚线框内)由点焊机和被焊工件组成,点焊机由电子开关SCR、控制器K、降压变压器T、上下点焊头和开关QS组成。
本实用新型点焊机电压降落补偿装置由电容器1、电容器放电器2、电抗器3、滤波电阻器4、熔断器5、故障指示灯6、电流表7、电压表8、有功功率因数表9、电流互感器10等组成。各器件的连接方法是:电容器1和电容器放电器2并联,电抗器3和滤波电阻器4并联,熔断器5和故障指示灯6并联,然后再串联。电流表7、电压表8、有功功率因数表9和电流互感器10按常规方法接线。
本实用新型,按图1所示,被接入到点焊机内部的电子开关SCR和降压变压器T之间。当点焊机启动(或停止)点焊时,控制器控制电子开关导通(或断开),本实用新型与点焊机同时投入工作(或退出工作)。

1.一种点焊机电压降落补偿装置,由电容器、电容器放电器、电抗器、滤波电阻器、熔断器等主件及故障指示灯等辅助仪表组成,其特征是:电容器和电容器放电器并联,电抗器和滤波电阻器并联,熔断器和故障指示灯并联,然后再依次串联,组成主电路。
