Abstract

本实用新型公开一种箱式变电站防水拼装式顶盖,采用多块彩钢夹心板型材拼接而成,并且在顶盖的顶部拼接出倾斜夹角,在彩钢夹心板型材的拼接处采用上覆盖板和下支撑板铆接固定,上覆盖板铆接在相邻两个彩钢夹心板型材的顶面,下支撑板铆接在相邻两个彩钢夹心板型材的底面,上覆盖板和下支撑板与彩钢夹心板型材的接触面上还打有加固、防水的玻璃胶。此顶盖有效地防止了积水、搭接处渗水等现象,消除水体腐蚀板材而出现漏水现象,保证供电安全,适用于各种户外箱式设备顶盖拼装,还具有结构简单、维护简便、成本低、使用寿命长及安全可靠等优点。

技术领域
本实用新型属于输电系统的变电站技术领域,具体地说是一种户外箱式变电站,与其防水拼装式顶盖结构有关。
背景技术
众所周知,箱式变电站是在输电系统中不可缺少的专用设备。目前箱式变电站的顶盖就其结构而言通常包括两种:第一种是整体式,第二种是拼装式。前者通常由水泥或玻璃钢整体浇注,防水性能好,但造价高,重量大,结构复杂,制作周期长,维护困难。后者从根本上解决了前者的困难,但在顶盖的搭接处需处理合理,否则长时间运行会造成顶盖漏水,严重时会引起内部电气设备短路故障。因此急需开发一种防水拼装式顶盖。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种箱式变电站防水拼装式顶盖,以有效防止顶盖漏水。
为发实现上述目的,本实用新型的解决方案是:
一种箱式变电站防水拼装式顶盖,采用多块彩钢夹心板型材拼接而成,并且在顶盖的顶部拼接出倾斜夹角,在彩钢夹心板型材的拼接处采用上履盖板和下支撑板铆接固定,上履盖板铆接在相邻两个彩钢夹心板型材的顶面,下支撑板铆接在相邻两个彩钢夹心板型材的底面,上履盖板和下支撑板与彩钢夹心板型材的接触面上还打有加固、防水的玻璃胶。
所述铆接在顶盖顶部的上履盖板和下支撑板都形成倾斜夹角。
采用上述方案后,本实用新型因为在彩钢夹心板型材的拼接处采用上履盖板和下支撑板进行双面夹心式连接固定,并用玻璃胶辅助固定,所以,有效地防止了顶盖积水、搭接处渗水等现象,消除水体腐蚀板材而出现漏水现象。
本实用新型的彩钢夹心板具有重量轻、价格便宜、取材方便和节能环保的优点。用此结构设计的顶盖结构合理,加工维护方便,可满足在规模生产需要。
本实用新型还具有结构简单、维护简便、成本低、使用寿命长及安全可靠等优点。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实用新型揭示的一种箱式变电站防水拼装式顶盖,采用多块彩钢夹心板型材1拼接而成。在顶盖的顶部拼接出倾斜夹角,使顶盖中间突起,两端倾斜,两端与水平面的角度选取通常不小于3°,这样可实现顶盖自然排水功能,保证不积水,外形又比较美观。在相邻彩钢夹心板型材1的拼接处采用上履盖板2和下支撑板5铆接固定,上履盖板2和下支撑板5采用整体板件制作,上履盖板2具体是通过铆钉3铆接在相邻两个彩钢夹心板型材1的顶面,下支撑板5具体是通过铆钉6铆接在相邻两个彩钢夹心板型材1的底面,其中,铆接在顶盖顶部的上履盖板2和下支撑板5(居图的中间)都需局部进行相应的折弯而形成倾斜夹角。另外,在上履盖板2和下支撑板5与彩钢夹心板型材1的接触面上还打有加固、防水的玻璃胶4。
这样,本实用新型通过上履盖板2和下支撑板5夹住彩钢夹心板1组成夹心结构,上履盖板2和下支撑板5的宽度能有效履盖彩钢夹心板1,并保证可用铆钉3和6固定彩钢夹心板1。安装时,在上履盖板2和下支撑板5的长度方向可预先冲制相应的铆钉孔,方便现场定位拉铆钉。该结构顶盖能有效防止顶盖积水、渗水现象。

1、一种箱式变电站防水拼装式顶盖,其特征在于:采用多块彩钢夹心板型材拼接而成,并且在顶盖的顶部拼接出倾斜夹角,在彩钢夹心板型材的拼接处采用上履盖板和下支撑板铆接固定,上履盖板铆接在相邻两个彩钢夹心板型材的顶面,下支撑板铆接在相邻两个彩钢夹心板型材的底面,上履盖板和下支撑板与彩钢夹心板型材的接触面上还打有玻璃胶。
