Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种具有防止电路短路或者漏电而发生事故的智能安全配电箱，包括箱体、箱体的面上设有门且与箱体呈铰接转动配合，位于门内的箱体上设有电磁铁且与门构成开关配合。优点：通过电磁铁与箱门的配合，实现了有电箱门锁闭、无电箱门打开、安全操作的目的，确保了操作业人员生命安全。

本实用新型涉及一种具有防止电路短路或者漏电而发生事故的智能安全配电箱，属于智能安全配电箱的制造领域。
背景技术
专利申请号01231242，名称“配电箱”，包括箱体2、芯板3、箱盖1，其中，芯板3与箱盖1相固定；箱体2里侧底面上垂直固定有螺柱8，芯板3上与箱体2底面上的螺柱8相对应的位置开有安装孔14，通过所述螺柱8及螺母9，箱盖1、芯板3与箱体2相连接。其不足之处是：不具有断电开门的功能，当配电箱内的电器元件导电的情况下，仍能够把箱门打开。
发明内容
设计目的：避免背景技术中的不足之处，设计一种只能在配电箱完全断电的情况下，才能够打开配电箱门的智能安全配电箱。
设计方案：为了实现上述目的。1、配电箱内电磁铁与门呈开关配合的设计，是本实用新型的特征之一。这样做的目的在于：由于电磁铁与箱体内电器元件为同一输入电源，当安全配电箱有电时，其电磁铁得电、产生磁性吸力，将箱门与箱体牢牢地吸合在一起，使人们无法打开配电箱门，从而达到确保操作工或非操作工的人身安全；只有当配电箱内的电器元件断电后，与电器元件为同一输入电源的电磁铁断电失去磁力，箱门才会打开。2、电磁铁电源输入端与位于箱体内的电器元件的电源输入端连接，是本实用新型设计的特征之二。这样做的目的在于：配电箱得电，电磁铁得电，产生磁性吸力，箱门吸住，箱门外的人无法打开箱门；配电箱断电，电磁铁断电，磁性吸力消失，箱门打开，操作工可以安全操作。

具体实施方式
实施例1：参照图1和2。一种智能安全配电箱，包括箱体5、箱体5的面上设有门2和4且与箱体5呈铰接转动配合，位于门2和4内的箱体5上设有电磁铁3且与门2和4构成开关配合。电磁铁3电源输入端与位于箱体5内的电器元件的电源输入端连接，也就是说，电磁铁3和电器元件的电源输入端都位于控制开关的输出端，只要将配电箱外的控制开关断电，配电箱门才能打开，从而从根本上避免了由于疏忽大意而导致的未断电，配电箱门打开所造成的操作工人身伤害事故的发生。
需要理解到的是：上述实施例虽然对本实用新型作了比较详细的文字描述，但是这些文字描述，只是对本实用新型的设计思路的简单文字描述，而不是对本实用新型的设计思路的限制，任何不超出本实用新型设计思路的组合、增加或修改，均落入本实用新型的保护范围内。

1、一种智能安全配电箱，包括箱体、箱体的面上设有门且与箱体呈铰接转动配合，其特征是：位于门内的箱体上设有电磁铁且与门构成开关配合。
2、根据权利要求1所述的智能安全配电箱，其特征是：电磁铁电源输入端与位于箱体内的电器元件的电源输入端连接。
