本实用新型公开了一种太阳能集热板芯,属于太阳能热水器;旨在提供一种升温速度快、热效率高,用于太阳能热水器的集热板芯。它包括热交换管、位于该热交换管两侧并与之连为一体的两块翼片;翼片(2)的截面形状为瓦楞形、波浪形、锯齿形、或方波形之一。本实用新型具有吸热面积大、导热性能好、节约能源,以及防酸雨、抗凝冻、使用寿命长、结构简单等优点;是一种适合学校、部队、宾馆、工矿企业以及家庭使用的太阳能热水器集热板芯。

技术领域:
本实用新型涉及一种太阳能热水器,尤其涉及一种用于太阳能热水器的集热板芯。
背景技术:
太阳能热水器以其结构简单、使用安全方便、节能环保等诸多优点受到了越来越多消费者的喜爱;然而,目前板式太阳能热水器的主要构件——集热板芯的翼片大多为表面较为光滑的平板状结构,因此吸热面积较小、阳光反射率高,存在升温速度慢、热效率低等缺陷,严重制约了板式太阳能热水器的推广普及。
发明内容:
针对现有技术中存在的上述缺陷,本实用新型旨在提供一种升温速度快、热效率高的太阳能集热板芯。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型采用以下技术方案:包括热交换管、位于该热交换管两侧并与之连为一体的两块翼片;翼片的截面形状为瓦楞形、波浪形、锯齿形、或方波形之一。
在翼片和热交换管的向阳面设有吸热涂层。
与现有技术比较,本实用新型由于采用了上述技术方案,因此不仅有效地增大了翼片的表面积,而且还能够降低阳光的反射率;另外,由于在翼片和热交换管的向阳面牢固地喷涂有吸热涂层,表面比较粗糙的所述吸热涂层能够使照射在其上的阳光形成漫反射,从而减少阳光的反射率,因此能够进一步地提高翼片和热交换管的吸热效率,较好地解决了传统板式太阳能热水器热效率不高的缺陷。

具体实施方式:
下面结合附图和具体的实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明:
实施例1,在图1~2中,两块翼片2沿母线方向水平地分布在热交换管1的两侧,翼片2的截面形状为瓦楞形结构。为了进一步提高翼片2的吸热效率,在翼片2和热交换管1的向阳面设有黑色的、表面比较粗糙的吸热涂层3。
实施例2,在基本结构与实施例1相同的基础上,本实用新型还可以采用如图3所示的结构:翼片2的截面形状为波浪形结构。
实施例3,在基本结构与实施例1相同的基础上,本实用新型还可以采用如图4所示的结构:翼片2的截面形状为锯齿形结构。
实施例4,在基本结构与实施例1相同的基础上,本实用新型还可以采用如图5所示的结构:翼片2的截面形状为方波形结构。

1.一种太阳能集热板芯,包括热交换管、位于该热交换管两侧并与之连为一体的两块翼片;其特征在于:翼片(2)的截面形状为瓦楞形、波浪形、锯齿形、或方波形之一。
2.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能集热板芯,其特征在于:在翼片(2)和热交换管(1)的向阳面设有吸热涂层(3)。
