一种水烧电热管,涉及电加热管技术领域,解决现有热水器中电热管长期使用中针孔腐蚀及电热管表面容易结垢问题,采用的技术方案为:包括:两根或两根以上的加热管,加热管之间设有绝缘隔板。所述的两根或两根以上的加热管为不同功率的加热管。所述的隔板材料为:陶瓷或塑料的绝缘材料。加热管之间增加了绝缘隔板的设计,分散了电子流的集中度,保护了电热管外管;隔板的设计改变了电热管周围水的等温线分布,水垢覆盖电热管表面的数量大为减少。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及电加热管技术领域,尤其涉及到电热水器中使用的一种电热管。
背景技术
现有储水和速热功效的电热水器:(一)须设计两根或两根以上能独立工作的加热管,受安装条件及成本的限制,加热管之间无法相隔很远,且加热管之间非同时通电工作,加热管工作时存在工作泄漏,即电流由发热丝流向外管,部份电子流向热水器内的水中,当工作的加热管与非工作的加热管距离足够小时,电子移动方向集中,外管发生腐蚀,外管出现针孔。(二)热水器下层加热管,通电加热时,产生水垢,受重力作用及静电吸附影响,水垢易吸附在电热管表面,致使加热管热量无法及时排出,发热丝工作温度上升而熔断,加热管失效。
发明内容
综上所述,本实用新型针对现有热水器中电热管长期使用中针孔腐蚀及电热管表面容易结垢问题提出一种水烧电热管。
本实用新型采用的技术方案为:包括:两根或两根以上的加热管,加热管之间设有绝缘隔板。
所述的隔板材料为:陶瓷或塑料的绝缘材料。
所述的隔板断面为“一”字形或“V”字形。
本实用新型的有益效果是:加热管之间增加了绝缘隔板的设计,分散了电子流的集中度,保护了电热管外管;隔板的设计改变了电热管周围水的等温线分布,水垢覆盖电热管表面的数量大为减少。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本实用新型的作进一步描述。
参照图1中所示,为现有的一种水烧电热管的截面结构示意图,安装在底加热管2通电工作,而上层加热管1未通电工作时,下层加热管2中的泄漏电流沿上层加热管1方向4集中移动,当加热管1和加热管2距离越小,其电子流就越集中,针孔腐蚀越明显,这主要集中在下层加热管1靠近上层加热管2最近的区域,也即是易产生针孔腐蚀的区域6,同时下层加热管2产生一个椭圆形等温线7,也即是产生水垢8的区域,电热管2的正上方的产生的水垢8数量多,水垢8产生后受重力的作用掉落,落下时离至加热管2管表面较近,受静电的作用吸附在加热管2表面,结垢后从而影响了导热。
参照图2中所示,在下层加热管2与上层的加热管之间增加了隔板3,当加热管2通电,加热管1未通电工作时,加热管1和加热管2之间的泄漏电流4要从隔板的左右两边绕开隔板3到达上层加热管1上,从而增加了泄漏电流4的路径,分散了泄漏电流4的方向,且加热管2易产生针孔腐蚀的区域6得到了有效的分散。加热管2的针孔腐蚀得到了的防护;同时改变了等温线7的分布,也即容易产生水垢产生的区域分布到加热管2上方的两边,水垢8向下掉落时远离了加热管2表面,对其静电吸附的作用也得到了消弱,则水垢掉落在内胆上而非被吸附在电热管表面上,从面电热管寿命进一步得到保障。隔板3通过支撑件固定在加热管2上或热水气内胆壁或水烧电热管的螺头上或热水气内胆内的任何可固定的位置。
