本实用新型涉及一种带散热罩的发光二极体灯具,具体地说是一种带有散热外罩体的发光二极体灯具。它公开了灯头上端与一个散热罩实心或中空的中心轴底部相固定,所述散热罩的中心轴周壁平均分布有至少二个散热片,各散热片由主骨和主骨末端的至少二片径向截面为叉状的支片构成,散热罩是以齿轮状铝型材为基材,通过机械以轴向挤压加工成形,有发光二极体的铝基板固定在散热罩中心轴处。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种发光二极体的灯具,具体地说是一种带有散热外罩体的发光二极体灯具。
背景技术
现今以发光二极体代替传统的钨灯作为光源的技术屡见不鲜,因其可大大降低能耗,使用寿命较长,由于其体积小,在制作工艺射灯方向有比较好的前景;然而发光二极体灯具的最大缺点是其基板的发热量大,如果在其工作时没得到很好的散热效果,则会影响发光二极体的照明时间和寿命,因此商家们研发出多种不同的散热罩,目的在于解决散热问题,但是实际上现有的发光二极体灯具整体和散热罩的构造仍不够合理,使得灯具的加工不便,并使散热罩不能得到比较好的散热效果。
发明内容
本实用新型目的是提供一种带散热罩的发光二极体灯具,它具有紧凑的结构,散热罩使用叉状分支结构,使得散热面积加大,而且散热罩选用铝型材通过一次挤压成形,便于推广及应用。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是在现有的灯头,至少有一个发光二极体及发光二极体的铝基板的基础上,本实用新型特别是灯头上端与一个散热罩实心或中空的中心轴底部相固定,所述散热罩的中心轴周壁平均分布有至少二个散热片,各散热片由主骨和主骨末端的至少二片径向截面为叉状的支片构成,散热罩是以齿轮状铝型材为基材,通过机械以轴向挤压加工成形,有发光二极体的铝基板固定在散热罩中心轴处。
以上本实用新型所述的散热罩的中心轴为实心轴,发光二极体的铝基板固定在实心轴的顶端面。
本实用新型所述的在散热罩的上端面设置有一个灯罩。
以上所述的散热罩的中心轴周壁平均分布有三十二个散热片,各散热片的主骨末端有二片径向截面为禾叉状的支片。
以上本实用新型所述的禾叉状支片的各个支片尾端均有两个禾叉状的分支片。
本实用新型所述的散热罩的中心轴为前端封闭,基板固定在中心轴的封闭面上,在基板上设有四个发光二极体。
本实用新型的优点在于具有紧凑的结构,散热罩使用叉状分支结构,使得散热面积加大,而且散热罩选用铝型材通过一次挤压成形,便于推广及应用。

具体实施方式
实施例1
根据图1、图2所示,在灯头1,四个发光二极体2及发光二极体的铝基板7的基础上,灯头1上端与一个散热罩3的中心轴8底部相固定,所述散热罩3的中心轴8周壁平均分布有三十二个散热片,各散热片由主骨4和主骨末端的二片径向截面为禾叉状的支片5构成,散热罩是以齿轮状铝型材为基材,通过机械以轴向挤压加工成形,散热罩的中心轴8为实心轴,发光二极体2的铝基板7固定在中心轴8的顶端面。
实施例2
根据图3、图4所示,与实施例1相同,只是中心轴8为中空轴,在散热罩3的上端面设置有一个灯罩6。散热罩3的禾叉状支片5的各个支片尾端均有两个禾叉状的分支片9。散热罩3的中心轴8为前端封闭,基板7固定在中心轴8的封闭面上,在基板7上设有四个发光二极体2。

Claims (6)

1、一种带散热罩的发光二极体灯具,它包括了灯头,至少有一个发光二极体及发光二极体的铝基板,其特征在于灯头上端与一个散热罩实心或中空的中心轴底部相固定,所述散热罩的中心轴周壁平均分布有至少二个散热片,各散热片由主骨和主骨末端的至少二片径向截面为叉状的支片构成,散热罩是以齿轮状铝型材为基材,通过机械以轴向挤压加工成形,有发光二极体的铝基板固定在散热罩中心轴处。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种带散热罩的发光二极体灯具,其特征在于散热罩的中心轴为实心轴,发光二极体的铝基板固定在实心轴的顶端面。
3、根据权利要求1所述的一种带散热罩的发光二极体灯具,其特征在于在散热罩的上端面设置有一个灯罩。
4、根据权利要求1所述的一种带散热罩的发光二极体灯具,其特征在于散热罩的中心轴周壁平均分布有三十二个散热片,各散热片的主骨末端有二片径向截面为禾叉状的支片。
5、根据权利要求1或4所述的一种带散热罩的发光二极体灯具,其特征在于禾叉状支片的各个支片尾端均有两个禾叉状的分支片。
6、根据权利要求1所述的一种带散热罩的发光二极体灯具,其特征在于散热罩的中心轴为前端封闭,基板固定在中心轴的封闭面上,在基板上设有四个发光二极体。
