背景技术:
现有医疗摄片,多是采用放射源产生的X射线来进行摄片的,由于X射线对人体照射,易损害健康,通常让患者穿戴铅防护帽、铅围脖和围裙等来进行防护的,其缺点是穿戴不方便、尤其是行动不便的患者不能得到及时的防护。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是提供一种使用方便,控作简单的电动遥控医用X射线防护装置。
本实用新型的技术方案是:一种电动遥控医用X射线防护装置,包括底座上固装的空心立柱和防护帘,其特征是:在空心立柱内设1或2个横截面为“U”型的导向管;导向管内设驱动电机,驱动电机通过蜗杆、蜗轮与传动丝杠相连,传动丝杠上设方型螺母与支撑杆固接;在空心立柱侧壁上还设通槽,支撑杆外端由通槽伸出支撑连接防护帘。
由于采用上述技术方案,驱动电机通过蜗杆、蜗轮带动传动丝杠转动,传动丝杠上的方型螺母沿导向管移动,防护帘也随之升降,达到对不同拍摄位置进行防护。因而具有使用方便、控作简单、可靠性高的优点。

具体实施方式:
参考图1-图3,一种电动遥控医用X射线防护装置,包括底座1上固装的空心立柱2和防护帘3,在空心立柱2内设1或2个横截面为“U”型的导向管4;导向管内设驱动电机5,驱动电机5通过蜗杆6、蜗轮7与传动丝杠8相连,传动丝杠8上设方型螺母9与支撑杆10固接,在空心立柱2侧壁上还设通槽11,支撑杆10外端由通槽11伸出支撑连接上防护帘3;本实施例中导向管为两个,上侧导向管内的驱动电机通过蜗杆、蜗轮、传动丝杠、方型螺母、支撑杆支撑连接上防护帘;下侧导向管内的驱动电机通过蜗杆、蜗轮、传动丝杠、方型螺母、支撑杆支撑连接下防护帘;驱动电机是由遥控器控制运转的。

1、一种电动遥控医用X射线防护装置,包括底座(1)上固装的空心立柱(2)和防护帘(3),其特征是:在空心立柱(2)内设1或2个横截面为“U”型的导向管(4);导向管(4)内设驱动电机(5),驱动电机(5)通过蜗杆(6)、蜗轮(7)与传动丝杠(8)相连,传动丝杠(8)上设方型螺母(9)与支撑杆(10)固接;在空心立柱(2)侧壁上还设通槽(11),支撑杆(10)外端由通槽(11)伸出支撑连接防护帘(3)。
2、按权利要求1所述的一种电动遥控医用X射线防护装置,其特征是所述的导向管(4)为两个;上侧导向管内的驱动电机通过蜗杆、蜗轮、传动丝杠、方型螺母、支撑杆支撑连接上防护帘;下侧导向管内的驱动电机通过蜗杆、蜗轮、传动丝杠、方型螺母、支撑杆支撑连接下防护帘。
3、按权利要求1或2所述的一种电动遥控医用X射线防护装置,其特征是:所述的驱动电机是由遥控器控制运转的。
