Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种棉花专用配方缓释肥,其特征在于:肥料为颗粒状,由内核、中间层、表层组成,所述中间层包裹在内核表面,所述表层包裹在中间层表面。本实用新型能及时供给棉花均匀养分,中间所喷涂的缓释尿素层可调节氮素养分比例,产品养分有效释放期延长且不易吸潮,棉花整个生育期施肥由施3-4次常规肥料,改为施本产品1次做基肥,中后期酌情补施少量常规速效氮肥1次。

本实用新型涉及化肥技术领域,具体地说是一种棉花专用配方缓释肥。
背景技术:
缓释肥料又称缓效肥料或长效肥料。通常,它以可溶性氮肥为中心,多种不同溶解度的无机植物营养物质为包裹层,在包裹层中加入钾肥、微肥等采用专用的一肥料包裹肥料的独特工艺制成。然而,缓释肥养分比例相对固定,难以满足各种作物的不同要求,没有一定的征对性,不符合特定作物的营养需求。而且,肥料颗粒之间易粘接,影响肥料的使用效果。
实用新型内容:
本实用新型的目的是克服上述肥料的不足,提供一种棉花专用配方的、防结块的新形缓释肥。
本实用新型是通过以下方案实现的:
一种棉花专用配方缓释肥,其特征在于:肥料为颗粒状,依次由内核、中间层、表层组成,内核为含有土壤调理剂、氮、磷、钾、中微量元素的颗粒肥;所述中间层是在颗粒表面喷涂的一层缓释尿素层;所述表层为防结、缓释剂层。
所述的棉花专用配方缓释肥,其特征在于:所述的肥颗粒的直径为2-4.5mm。
本实用新型的优点:
本实用新型能及时供给棉花均匀养分,中间所喷涂的缓释尿素层可调节氮素养分比例,产品养分有效释放期延长且不易吸潮,棉花整个生育期施肥由施3-4次常规肥料,改为施本产品1次做基肥,中后期酌情补施少量常规速效氮肥1次。

具体实施方式:
本实用新型是一种棉花专用配方缓释肥,形状为颗粒状,颗粒的直径为2-4.5mm。它由内核1、中间层2、表层3组成。内核1为含有调理剂、氮、磷、钾、硼、锌等棉花必须的中微量元素的颗粒肥,肥料养分均匀;在内核表面喷涂上一层缓释尿素层形成中间层2,可调节氮素养分比例;中间层2外再喷上一层防结剂、缓释剂层3,使颗粒成品表面形成一层缓释膜,形成新型结构的棉花专用配方缓释肥,产品养分有效释放期延长且不易吸潮。棉花整个生育期施肥由施3-4次常规肥料,改为施本产品1次做基肥,中后期酌情补施少量常规速效氮肥1次。

1、一种棉花专用配方缓释肥,其特征在于:肥料为颗粒状,依次由内核、中间层、表层组成,内核为颗粒肥;所述中间层是在颗粒表面喷涂的一层缓释尿素层;所述表层为防结、缓释剂层。
2、根据权利要求1所述的棉花专用配方缓释肥,其特征在于:所述的肥颗粒的直径为2-4.5mm。
