目前在输送机上的头部漏斗包括斗体，在斗体内的三个物料主要冲刷壁上安装有一金属衬板，金属衬板用以抵御物料落入斗体内时对斗壁产生的冲刷，使得斗壁不易破损，但当输送机输送一些特殊物料如合金料、烧结矿时，其对金属衬板损伤就很大，很容易使衬板和斗壁破损。
三、发明内容
针对上述缺点，本实用新型的目的在于提供一种能使斗壁不易破损的头部漏斗。
本实用新型的技术内容为：一种头部漏斗，包括斗体，其特征是在斗体内的三个物料主要冲刷壁的内壁上安装有齿形挡板。
本实用新型与现有技术相比所具有的优点是：
本实用新型由于在斗体内的三个物料主要冲刷壁上安装齿形挡板，当物料掉落到齿形挡板上后，就会堆积在齿形挡板上，后面的物料再掉落时，就只会对齿形挡板上的物料产生冲刷作用，由此大大减少了物料对齿形挡板和斗体的冲刷，从而起到保护斗体的作用，使斗壁不易破损，使用寿命大大增加。
