本实用新型脚踏健身器器的结构是：它包括脚踏健身器本体，其特征是，在脚踏健身器本体上安装一支架，以支架顶端为支点连接有摇扇，在脚踏健身器本体的活动部位铰接一拉杆，拉杆顶端铰接在摇扇把上。
本实用新型的积极效果是：当人们健身运动时，脚踏活动部位带动摇扇摆动，扇出风流，使人们在炎热的夏季即健身又乘凉。
