本实用新型特指一种明钉式屋面墙面板。该屋面墙面板包括有多个首尾相连的波形面板单元,每个波形面板单元两端均成型有公筋和母筋,相邻的波形面板单元的公筋和母筋的搭接处形成气囊,同时公筋与母筋连接处形成的波峰上攻有带防水胶垫的自攻螺钉与墙面檩条固定。本实用新型采用上述技术方案后,具有以下优点:1)采用自防水设计,具备良好的水密性,公肋、母肋搭接处具有抗毛细水作用的气囊独特构造,气囊与外界大气压相抗衡,杜绝了其它板型公、母肋搭接处的水汽凝聚,进而组织了雨水从板横向搭接处渗入屋内。2)由于不需要其它配件,施工较为简便。3)另外,波峰设计为35mm,具有很好的防水性能、抗风压性能。适用于大风地区。

本实用新型涉及建筑板材技术领域,特指一种明钉式屋面墙面板。
背景技术:
现有的建筑板材中的屋面墙面板结构,由于结构上存在缺陷,通常安装较为复杂,防水性能、抗风压性能较低,不适合大风地区使用。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种安装简易,螺栓暴露式紧固连接具有抗毛细水设置,防水可靠的的明钉式屋面墙面板。
为实现上述目的本实用新型提供的技术方案为:明钉式屋面墙面板,该屋面墙面板包括有多个首尾相连的波形面板单元,每个波形面板单元两端均成型有公筋和母筋,相邻的波形面板单元的公筋和母筋的搭接处形成气囊,同时公筋与母筋连接处形成的波峰上攻有带防水胶垫的自攻螺钉与墙面檩条固定。
相邻的波峰之间的波谷上也攻有带防水胶垫的自攻螺钉与墙面檩条固定。
所述的波峰的高度为35mm。
本实用新型采用上述技术方案后,具有以下优点:1)采用自防水设计,具备良好的水密性,公肋、母肋搭接处具有抗毛细水作用的气囊独特构造,气囊与外界大气压相抗衡,杜绝了其它板型公、母肋搭接处的水汽凝聚,进而组织了雨水从板横向搭接处渗入屋内。2)由于不需要其它配件,施工较为简便。3)另外,波峰设计为35mm,具有很好的防水性能、抗风压性能。适用于大风地区。

见图1所示,本较佳实施例该屋面墙面板包括有多个首尾相连的波形面板单元,每个波形面板单元两端均成型有公筋1和母筋2,相邻的波形面板单元的公筋1和母筋2的搭接处3形成气囊4,同时公筋1与母筋2连接处形成的波峰上攻有带防水胶垫的自攻螺钉5与墙面檩条6固定。相邻的波峰之间的波谷上也攻有带防水胶垫的自攻螺钉7与墙面檩条6固定。所述的波峰的高度为35mm。

1、明钉式屋面墙面板,该屋面墙面板包括有多个首尾相连的波形面板单元,其特征在于:每个波形面板单元两端均成型有公筋(1)和母筋(2),相邻的波形面板单元的公筋(1)和母筋(2)的搭接处(3)形成气囊(4),同时公筋(1)与母筋(2)连接处形成的波峰上攻有带防水胶垫的自攻螺钉(5)与墙面檩条(6)固定。
2、根据权利要求1所述的明钉式屋面墙面板,其特征在于:相邻的波峰之间的波谷上也攻有带防水胶垫的自攻螺钉(7)与墙面檩条(6)固定。.
3、根据权利要求1所述的明钉式屋面墙面板,其特征在于:所述的波峰的高度为35mm。
