本实用新型涉及一种医用手术刀。
背景技术
目前外科临床应用的手术刀通常有小针刀和普通手术刀,小针刀刀头窄小,不能对粘连、钙化、牵连组织有效快捷的切割、分离、减压;同时由于刀体细强度不够,加之刀柄为短小的小提琴型,不利于刀头调节方向,加大切割分离减压力度,而达不到治疗目的。普通手术刀刀片宽大,对正常组织损伤大,不适合做微创手术。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种微创刀,以解决现有技术小针刀刀头过余窄小,刀体细强度不够,加之刀柄短小,不利于刀头调节方向,加大切割分离减压力度;普通手术刀刀片宽大,对正常组织损伤大,不适合做微创手术,而达不到治疗目的等问题。
本实用新型的技术方案是这样实现的,微创刀由刀片、刀体、刀柄组成,其刀片为圆弧形刀刃或斜角形刀刃,刀体截面为圆形,刀片刀体为一体结构,刀柄为长条形,截面为方形或扁圆形,刀体嵌入刀柄固牢。
采用本实用新型的积极效果是刀片弧形刀刃及斜角形刀刃临床适用范围广,刀体短受力强,刀柄掌控便捷、可随意调整刀片,完成对粘连、钙化、牵连组织影响正常生理解剖结构功能,进行有效快捷的切割、分离、减压等病症的治疗,是理想的外科手术器具。

如图1所示,刀片(1)刀刃为圆弧形,刀体(2)截面为圆形,刀片(1)和刀体(2)采用不锈钢材料制成一体结构,刀柄(3)采用钢板制作成长条状,两端倒圆,其截面为椭圆形或方形均可,刀体(2)后端嵌入刀柄(3)前端固牢。

如图2所示,刀片(1)刀刃为斜角形,刀体(2)截面为圆形,刀片(1)和刀体(2)采用不锈钢材料制成一体结构,刀柄(3)采用钢板制作成长条状,两端倒圆,其截面为椭圆形或方形均可,刀体(2)后端嵌入刀柄(3)前端固牢。
