本实用新型涉及一种利用太阳能对动物的蛋卵进行孵化的太阳能孵化箱。它由太阳能热量接受箱、透明层、黑色底板、隔热层、进气口、出气口、管道、通风机、孵化箱、其它能源的热气散热片、通风窗组成,其特征是透明层、黑色底板、隔热层、进气口、出气口共同组成太阳能热量接受箱,管道连接出气口到通风机上,通风机在孵化箱上并相通,其它能源的热气散热片在孵化箱内,通风窗在孵化箱壁上。孵化箱白天的太阳能的热量来补充其他的能耗,达到节约能源的效果。

本实用新型涉及一种利用太阳能对动物的蛋卵进行孵化的太阳能孵化箱。
背景技术
目前,公知的动物的蛋卵的孵化分两种方式,一种是自然孵化法,它是让动物自己利用大自然的环境进行自然孵化的,它成活率低,孵化出的幼小动物病害;一种人工孵化法,是人为地进行合理的温度控制,它成活率高,孵化出的幼小动物体格健壮,经济效益高,是广大孵化方法的首选,但它由于需要长时间衡温控制,所以能耗很大。
发明内容
为了克服现有的人工孵化能耗很大的不足,本实用新型涉及一种节能孵化箱,该孵化箱白天的太阳能的热量来补充其他的能耗,达到节约能源的效果。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:在孵化箱顶上设一个大面积太阳能热量接受箱,太阳能热量接受箱由透明层、黑色底板、隔热层组成的夹层热量接受箱,透明层为上层,隔热层紧贴在黑色底板下面,透明层和黑色底板之间设有空隙,太阳能热量接受箱的六面密封,只设一个进气口和一个出气口,进气口设在太阳能热量接受箱的下方,出气口设在太阳能热量接受箱的上方,出气口连接管道到孵化箱上的通风机后进入孵化箱,在孵化箱中设其它能源的热气散热片,在孵化箱内设温度计,孵化箱壁上设通风窗。使用时,将动物的蛋卵放入孵化箱中的孵化架上,白天打开通风机上的电源开头,由于大面积太阳能热量接受箱对着太阳,太阳能热量接受箱中的空气温度随着太阳的照射而升高后被吸入孵化箱中,使孵化箱中温度升高,如温度达不到孵化的要求即开通孵化箱中其它能源的热气散热片,使孵化箱内的温度达到所需的要求,如温度过高即可打开孵化箱壁上的通风窗,使温度降到所需的要求,从而达到节约能源的效果。
所述的太阳能热量接受箱中透明层为透明程度较高的透明板,黑色底板为能较好地吸收热能的板材,隔热层为能防止太阳能热量接受箱热量散发的保温层。
所述的太阳能热量接受箱只设一个进气口和一个出气口,进气口设在太阳能热量接受箱的下方,出气口设在太阳能热量接受箱的上方。
所述的通风机为通过通风机电机的工作将气体流动的机器。
本实用新型的有益效果是:孵化箱白天的太阳能的热量来补充其他的能耗,达到节约能源的效果。由于结构简单,使用方便,值得推广。

1.一种节能孵化箱,它由太阳能热量接受箱(1)、透明层(2)、黑色底板(3)、隔热层(4)、进气口(5)、出气口(6)、管道(7)、通风机(8)、孵化箱(9)、其它能源的热气散热片(10)、通风窗(11)组成,其特征是透明层(2)、黑色底板(3)、隔热层(4)、进气口(5)、出气口(6)共同组成太阳能热量接受箱(1),管道(7)连接出气口(6)到通风机(8)上,通风机(8)在孵化箱(9)上并相通,其它能源的热气散热片(10)在孵化箱(9)内,通风窗(11)在孵化箱(9)壁上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种节能孵化箱,其特征是所述的太阳能热量接受箱(1)中透明层(2)为透明程度较高的透明板,黑色底板(3)为能较好地吸收热能的板材,隔热层(4)为能防止太阳能热量接受箱热量散发的保温层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种节能孵化箱,其特征是所述的太阳能热量接受箱(1)只设一个进气口(4)和一个出气口(5),进气口(4)设在太阳能热量接受箱(1)的下方,出气口(5)设在太阳能热量接受箱(1)的上方。
