Abstract

一种污水处理接触氧化装置,包括设有进水口和出水口的壳体,用于富集微生物的填料也设置在壳体中,在壳体中还设有微纳气泡发生器。本实用新型利用微纳气泡发生器产生大量的纳米级小气泡,小气泡的表面能大,在水中停留时间长,可以打散水分子团,提高水的渗透性,突破水的溶氧饱和度,可以在对污水高强氧化同时迅速为水体充氧,增强微生物的活性和数量,大幅提高生化降解效率。

污水处理接触氧化装置
技术领域:本实用新型涉及一种污水处理用的接触氧化装置。
背景技术:在污水处理工艺中,一般都需经过接触氧化,即好氧降解处理,减少污水中的氨氮等物质。普通的接触氧化装置,都是利用填料富集好氧微生物,污水流过时即可生化降解处理。但是在生化降解过程中,水体中的氧气消耗很快,补充不及时会影响微生物的活性和数量,降低处理效率。现在有些接触氧化装置利用普通充气泵向水体中鼓入空气泡,但一般气泡的体积较大,停留时间短,充氧效率不高,大部分均迅速上浮到水面上逸出。
发明内容:针对现有技术的不足,本实用新型提供一种可以充分迅速为水体充氧的污水处理接触氧化装置。
本实用新型包括设有进水口和出水口的壳体,用于富集微生物的填料也设置在壳体中,在壳体中还设有微纳气泡发生器。
本实用新型利用微纳气泡发生器产生大量的纳米级小气泡,小气泡的表面能大,在水中停留时间长,可以打散水分子团,提高水的渗透性,突破水的溶氧饱和度,可以在对污水高强氧化同时迅速为水体充氧,增强微生物的活性和数量,大幅提高生化降解效率。

具体实施方式:如图1所示,壳体1上设有进水口4和出水口5,用于富集微生物的填料2也设置在壳体1中,该填料2可采用悬浮塑料组合填料,在壳体1中还设有微纳气泡发生器3。好氧微生物富集在填料2的表面,壳体1的进水口4一般布置在下半部,出水口5则布置在上半部,这样水流方向和微纳气泡发生器3产生的微纳气泡方向相同,有利于补充氧气,污水流经填料2即可被生化降解。壳体1可采用独立箱体等可移动形式,也可采用水泥处理池等固定形式。在壳体1中还可设置多块隔板6,形成曲折的水流通道,使污水充分流动降解。
实际上,在污水处理过程中往往要对污水多次重复使用不同形式的好氧降解,如图2所示,填料2可采用生物活性炭材料富集微生物,同样污水流经生物活性炭填料时也被生化降解,减少污染物。

1、一种污水处理接触氧化装置,包括设有进水口和出水口的壳体,用于富集微生物的填料也设置在壳体中,其特征为:在壳体(1)中还设有微纳气泡发生器(3)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的污水处理接触氧化装置,其特征为:填料(2)采用悬浮塑料组合填料。
3、根据权利要求1所述的污水处理接触氧化装置,其特征为:填料(2)采用生物活性炭材料。
4、根据权利要求1或2或3所述的污水处理接触氧化装置,其特征为:壳体(1)的进水口(4)布置在下半部,出水口(5)则布置在上半部。
