技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种LED光源,更具体地说,它涉及一种具有散热器的LED光源。
背景技术
现有的LED光源结构主要用合金压铸的方式制作外壳,自重较大,用于屋内照明存在安全隐患,散热方面热传导率低,无法及时有效的传导疏散LED灯工作时所产生的热量,致使热量累积严重,影响LED灯的照明亮度及使用寿命的问题,LED灯由于累积的高温造成光衰大,降低光电效率,压铸外壳表面比较粗糙,只能采用喷涂的方式来装饰表面,但不利于散热。目前生产的LED灯存在上述不足,使LED灯使用寿命降低,外观较差,只能定向发光,发光角度范围相对较小,光线不柔和。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术中的不足,提供一种便于导热且造价低廉,散热器基板中间体为空体,叶片间方便空气流通,散热面积大,散热效果好,发光范围大,光线柔和且精巧美观的LED散热器。
本实用新型的技术方案是:具有散热器的LED光源,包括灯头、灯、安装座、散热器,散热器由基板和在散热基板表面的多个散热叶片组成。
散热器的基板可以为圆弧柱形,叶片立于基板上形成环形。散热器上连接透明有栅格的外罩。
本实用新型由于采用叶片结构作为LED灯的散热器,散热器本体中间体为空体,叶片间空气流通,散热效果好:叶片围绕散热基板有序排列,增加了散热面积,叶片与叶片之间存在一定的间隙,这样的设计结构能有效增加散热器与外界空气的接触面,增强散热效果且精巧美观,提高了光源的散热效果,可配合现有高发热量的LED使用,降低灯体内的热量,提高产品的工作稳定性,延长产品寿命,减小LED光源的光衰,提高了光电效率,使用压铸一体成型的散热器,外形美观,轻巧耐用,散热器上连接透明有栅格的外罩使光源有较大的发光角度并且光线柔和。

下面结合附图,对本实用新型进一步描述,(本实施例仅为权利要求的其中一种实施方式):
如本实用新型的图1结构示意图和图23D剖面图,有散热器的LED光源主要包括1、灯头;2、灯;3、安装座;4、散热器;5、有栅格的外罩;5、叶片;6.基板。
首先将灯头与散热器通过螺纹旋紧,安装座与散热器通过螺纹旋紧,在安装座上装上LED灯,将有栅格的外罩与安装座连接,构成具有优良散热功能的LED灯。本实用新型结构的灯具工作稳定性,产品寿命长,光源的光衰小,光电效率高,挤压一体成型的散热器,外形美观,轻巧耐用,散热器上连接透明有栅格的外罩使光源有较大的发光角度并且光线柔和。

1、一种具有散热器的LED光源,包括灯头、灯、安装座、散热器,其特征在于散热器由基板和在散热基板表面的多个散热叶片组成。
2、根据权利要求1所述的具有散热器的LED光源,其特征在于散热器的叶片垂直于基板上,叶片间相隔一段距离。
3、根据权利要求1所述的具有散热器的LED光源,其特征在于散热器的基板和叶片为合金铝。
4、根据权利要求1所述的具有散热器的LED光源,其特征在于散热器的基板为圆弧形,叶片立于基板上形成环形。
5、根据权利要求1或2所述的具有散热器的LED光源,其特征在于散热器上连接透明有栅格的外罩。
6、根据权利要求4所述的具有散热器的LED光源,其特征在于有栅格的外罩由透明耐热的环保有机材料制造。
7、根据权利要求1或2所述的具有散热器的LED光源,其特征在于灯安装于聚光杯内。
