本实用新型专利涉及一种铝机壳双重绝缘装置,可用于所有的电动工具中,属于工具技术领域。
背景技术
如图1和图2所示,传统电动工具中的铝机壳装置,由铝机壳6、定子7、定子螺钉8和刷握9组成,铝机壳6直接与定子7接触定位,这种结构属单重绝缘,缺点是必须有接地装置,使用三芯插头。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种铝机壳双重绝缘装置,既能保持铝壳坚固的外部结构,又能够通过内部与定子间接接触实现双重绝缘,从而保证操作者的使用安全。
为实现以上目的,本实用新型专利的技术方案是提供一种铝机壳双重绝缘装置,包括铝机壳和设于铝机壳内的定子,其特征在于,在铝机壳与定子之间设有塑料内机壳,定子通过定子螺钉固定在塑料内机壳上,刷握固定在塑料内机壳上。
本实用新型采用塑料内机壳隔开铝机壳与定子的直接接触,塑料内机壳能完全包裹住定子,定子螺钉穿过定子也紧定在塑料内机壳上,刷握也装在塑料内机壳上,从而实现了双重绝缘的目的。
本实用新型的优点是操作者可在无接地装置的工作环境下使用该结构的工具,操作安全可靠,工具的外机壳采用铝机壳,坚固耐用。

以下结合实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明。
实施例
如图3和图4所示,本实用新型的铝机壳双重绝缘装置由铝机壳1、塑料内机壳2、定子3、定子螺钉4、刷握5组成,塑料内机壳2由绝缘材料注塑成型,塑料内机壳2隔开铝机壳1与定子3的直接接触,塑料内机壳2能完全包裹住铝机壳1,定子螺钉4穿过定子3也紧定在塑料内机壳2上,刷握5也装在塑料内机壳2上,定子3先与塑料内机壳2接触,实现了双重绝缘结构,更好地保证的操作者的人身安全。

1.一种铝机壳双重绝缘装置,包括铝机壳(1)和设于铝机壳(1)内的定子(3),其特征在于,在铝机壳(1)与定子(3)之间设有塑料内机壳(2),定子(3)通过定子螺钉(4)固定在塑料内机壳(2)上,刷握(5)固定在塑料内机壳(2)上。
