Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种温室内部集水槽结构,特征在于:包括立柱和用于收集露珠的集水槽,所述集水槽截面为一直线连接两个梯形的形状,集水槽通过螺栓固装在立柱上端。优点是:在温室屋顶内的立柱上安装有集水槽,当滴露水顺着温室屋脊滴落时,被集水槽的两个梯形槽接住,并汇集后统一排到温室一端收集箱内,然后收集一起进行处理,而不会直接滴落在温室内的花卉或植物上产生不良影响。本实用新型不仅结构简单、造价低廉,还可完全解决了温室的防滴露难题。

本实用新型属于温室设施领域,特别是涉及一种温室内部集水槽结构。
背景技术
随着社会的进步,人们的生活水平不断的提高,其精神生活丰富多彩,鲜花的摆设逐渐成为人们生活的又一需要,种植鲜花不仅局限于国内品种,而且引进国外的品种也日益增多。目前,我国的温室在生产过程中一直存在很棘手的问题,即冬季温室内防滴露的问题。由于温室建筑本身的“温室”效应,导致温室内外温差较大,尤其是冬季夜晚和凌晨时段,室外温度最低,而为了保证花卉能正常生长一般会采取不同形式的加温措施,故造成温室内外温差较大,又因温室使用的建筑材料多为塑料膜或PC板和玻璃,因而在温室屋脊表面形成露珠,露珠聚集多后会形成水滴,顺着温室屋脊滴落下来。若水滴落在植物叶面上,会对叶面造成损伤,对植物的生长很不利。
发明内容
本实用新型为解决公知技术中存在的技术问题而提供一种结构简单、造价低廉且能长期有效地解决温室内部滴露问题的温室内部集水槽结构。
本实用新型为解决公知技术中存在的技术问题所采取的技术方案是:温室内部集水槽结构,其特征在于:包括安装在立柱上的用于收集露珠的集水槽,所述集水槽截面为一直线连接两个梯形的形状,集水槽通过螺栓固装在立柱上端。
本实用新型还可以采用如下技术方案:
所述集水槽为0.5mm镀锌板结构。
本实用新型具有的优点和积极效果是:由于本实用新型在温室屋顶内的立柱上安装有集水槽,当露水滴落时,被集水槽的两个梯形槽接住,并汇集后统一排到温室一端的收集箱内,然后收集一起进行处理,而不会直接滴落在温室内的花卉或植物上产生不良影响。本实用新型不仅结构简单、造价低廉,还可完全解决了温室的防滴露难题。

请参阅图1和图2,温室内部集水槽结构,包括立柱3和用于收集露珠的集水槽1,所述集水槽为镀锌钢板经专用设备一次滚压成型。本实施例中,集水槽厚度为0.5mm镀锌钢板。所述集水槽截面为一直线连接两个梯形的形状,集水槽中间的直线边通过螺栓固装在立柱上端。
本实用新型的工作原理为:
在使用过程中,结露滴物一般在温室屋顶内表面形成,形成的雾滴多了以后就会聚集成为结露水滴,结露水滴在重力作用下顺着温室屋脊流到集水槽内,然后自动顺集水槽流下,并流到与集水槽连接的收集箱内,最后汇集在一起流入专用回收装置中,完成结露水的收集任务。
