本实用新型涉及一种电力电缆,尤其是一种融冰电缆。
背景技术
目前,在寒冷高原地区,当电缆结冰时,越结越多,越积越厚,需要用人工来敲击,积冰不能及时除掉,负重太大、酿成塔架、线杆倒塌、输电线短路等停电事故。现在采用的技术有分裂输电线路带负荷融冰方案,自耦合变压器带负荷融冰方案,都需要分裂输电线路。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是针对上述现有技术的不足,而提供一种结构简单、易于操作的融冰电缆,来解决输电线路特殊区段受冰雨等灾害性天气影响,空架的输电线表层积冰、零凇,酿成塔架、线杆倒塌、输电线短路等停电事故。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:
一种融冰电缆,包括导电芯线1和导电线2构成的主体电缆,在主体电缆的外层设置有绝缘层3,在所述的绝缘层3外设置有升温组线4,在升温组线4外设置防护层5。
所述的导电芯线为钢线,所述的导电线为铝线。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型在由导电钢芯线和导电铝线构成的主体电缆绝缘层,在绝缘层的外表层编织一周多组升温组线,在升温组线表层包裹一周防护层,结构简单,且易于操作,只要通过对升温组线通电,然后加热电缆线,从而达到除冰、融冰的目的。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步的阐述。
如图1所示,一种融冰电缆,它由:导电钢芯线1、导电铝线2、绝缘层3、升温组线4、防护层5构成,导电钢芯线1和导电铝线2构成一个主体电缆,在主体电缆的表面包裹有绝缘层3,在绝缘层表面编织一组或者多组相互绝缘的升温组线4,一组或者多组升温组线在线路的一端短接,形成回路,在另一端与同相的导电铝线相连,利用自耦合变压器按照距离要求输入电压,降低了电缆对绝缘性要求。
本实用新型电缆是将一组或者多组升温组线在一端短接,在另一端与同相的导电铝线相连,利用自耦合变压器,按照距离要求输入电压、恒定电流。当电缆结冰时,它不需要用人工来敲击,可按照电缆结冰、积冰程度分阶段输入电压或者电流,主体电缆就能按照要求升温融冰,恒温除冰,融冰电缆制造容易,操作方便、安全。值班员可按线路积冰程度实施融冰方案,不影响供电。应用融冰电缆和融冰方案,能减轻人工笨重体力劳动,降低电缆对绝缘性要求,减少了因停电、断电带来的损失,保护了输电线路安全生产。

1、一种融冰电缆,包括导电芯线(1)和导电线(2)构成的主体电缆,在主体电缆的外层设置有绝缘层(3),其特征在于:在所述的绝缘层(3)外设置有升温组线(4),在升温组线(4)外设置防护层(5)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的融冰电缆,其特征在于:所述的导电芯线为钢线,所述的导电线为铝线。
