本实用新型公开的是一种有散热水箱(1)、贮热水箱(2)、供热水箱(3)组成的有过热保护的恒温太阳热水器。装置中集热器受太阳辐射,当供热水箱达到加热要求停止加热后,贮热水箱的水温达到人为设定的上限温度时,散热泵启动或散热阀打开,将散热水箱原有的冷水换入集热器,将集热器吸收的热能带到散热水箱排出,使系统内的水温不会持续升高,保护系统的使用性能。

本发明涉及太阳热水器,尤其是平板太阳热水器和真空管太阳热水器。
背景技术
现流行的太阳热水器,如果以冬季的太阳辐射量为设计标准,其它季节就会有好多剩余的热量,以排放蒸气或排放热水的方法排放热能会出现过热或不节水。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种能防止集热器超温,保护系统使用性能的太阳热水器。
为实现上述目的,本发明的有过热保护的恒温太阳热水器主要由散热水箱、贮热水箱、供热水箱、集热器、散热泵(强制循环时)、散热阀(自然循环时)、恒温阀和排气口用管道连接组成。装置中集热器受太阳辐射,贮热水箱和供热水箱同时加热,当供热水箱达到加热要求停止加热后,集热器只对贮热水箱加热,当贮热水箱的水温达到人为设定上限温度时,散热泵启动或散热阀打开,将散热水箱原有的冷水换入集热器,将集热器吸收的热能带到散热水箱排出,使系统内的水温不会持续升高,保护系统的使用性能。
根据其冷热对换所采用的循环方式不同,可分为强制循环和自然循环两种工作方式。

具体实施方式
图1所示:以强制循环方式作冷热对换的有过热保护的恒温太阳热水器由散热水箱1、贮热水箱2、供热水箱3、集热器4、散热泵5、恒温阀7、排气口8、热水出水口9、自来水进水口10、防冻阀11、排空阀12用管道连接组成。装置中供热水箱分为热水储蓄区、加热区和冷水区,热水出水口下方附近(附图供热水箱中间稀线位置)至供热水箱顶部为热水储蓄区,热水出水口下方附近至上循环管入口为加热区,上循环管入口至供热水箱底部为冷水区,热水器未加热时水箱水位只在加热区,热水出水口无水流出。装置中集热器受太阳辐射,集热器同时加热贮热水箱和供热水箱加热区的水,当加热区的水温达到设定温度时恒温阀关闭,同时自来水进水口打开,利用顶水法将加热区的热水顶到热水储蓄区后关闭,加热区的水温底过设定温度时恒温阀打开,如此循环;当供热水箱水满后或当天设定的时间内自来水进水口不在进水时,加热区水温达到设定温度时恒温阀关闭,这时集热器只对贮热水箱的水加热,将热能储蓄在贮热水箱内作为无太阳辐射时的热补偿;当贮热水箱的水温达到人为设定的上限温度时,散热泵启动,在保证贮热水箱储蓄有足够热能的情况下,利用强制循环将散热水箱原有的冷水换入集热器,将集热器吸收的热能带到散热水箱排出,使系统内的水温不会持续升高,保护系统的使用性能。
图2所示:以自然循环方式作冷热对换的有过热保护的恒温太阳热水器与以强制循环方式作冷热对换的有过热保护的恒温太阳热水器不同的是:其散热水箱高于集热器,其有散热阀6,无散热泵,其利用自然循环将热能带到散热水箱排出。
