Abstract

新型太阳能遮阳篷式吸热水箱,在箱体的两侧外边置有榫槽结构,以便需要多个吸热水箱串联供热水时,不漏光不漏雨;由于箱体上部的水流温度要高于箱体下部,因此在箱体内部进水管与箱底平齐,出水管则处于箱顶以下较高位置,提高了热能利用率。本实用新型具有结构简单合理,冷热转换效率高的优点。

本实用新型涉及一种遮阳篷式太阳能吸热水箱,尤其是一种能相互扣接、进出水管在水箱内有一定高差的吸热水箱。
背景技术
现有技术中,如中国专利号为200810044698.1的“可加工热水和收集雨水的节能型遮阳棚”和中国专利号为200820063812.0的“中空通水式遮阳棚太阳能热水器”,都是利用中空的通水箱体在遮阳的同时吸收太阳热能产生热水。当遮阳面积较大需将两个或两个以上吸热水箱串联时,箱体之间必然产生缝隙从而漏光漏雨(遮阳篷同时也是遮雨篷),其解决的办法是,在箱体相邻边缘置有凸边,然后再用n形的条形挡雨片将两凸边盖住以达到遮光挡雨的目的。结构上稍欠简洁。另外,两申请都未对出水管在箱体内的位置作详尽说明。众所周知,在一个冷热交替的箱体里,箱体上部的温度高于箱体下部,若进出水口高差一样,则出水口带走高温热水的效果不佳,反之亦然。
发明内容
为了使现有技术中结构和效能进一步优化,本实用新型提供一种新型太阳能遮阳篷式吸热水箱。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:在箱体两侧箱边置有榫槽结构。它既可在箱边置一凸边并与箱边形成凹槽,在该箱体的另一边也置一凸边与箱边形成一凹槽;也可在箱边一侧设置燕尾槽,另一箱体相邻位置设置燕尾头。当具有上述榫槽结构的箱体相互扣接后,不会漏光漏雨。在进出水口的箱内位置设置上,进水口可与吸热箱箱平齐,出水口则设置在吸热水箱箱内的较高处。
本实用新型的有益效果是,当吸热水箱需要串联时,箱体相互扣接,不再需要另外附件,结构更合理;出水管在箱内的位置提高后,冷热转换效率得以提高。

具体实施方式
在图1中,箱体侧置有斜向的榫槽结构,本实施例中是在遮阳篷式吸热水箱1的左箱侧置有一斜向的左凸边4,并形成一左凹槽5,在遮阳篷式吸热水箱1的右箱侧置有一斜向的右凸边6,并形成一右凹槽7,当这样的凸边与凹槽相互搭扣联结,将不会漏光漏雨。还可采取燕尾槽斜向开槽与相应的燕尾头配合插接的方式实施。在进出水口的箱内位置设置上,进水口2与箱底平齐,出水口3则应置于箱体内较高位置,以利带走箱内较高温度的热水。本实施例中,所有凸边和凹槽及进水口2等,均可用成熟技术开模实现,出水口3因在箱中高出不易注塑成形,可采取插入粘接的方式实施。

1.一种新型太阳能遮阳篷式吸热水箱,具有遮阳篷式吸热水箱(1)、进水口(2)、出水口(3),其特征是:
A.在箱体两侧外边置有榫槽结构、
B.进水口(2)与出水口(3)在箱体内有高差。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型太阳能遮阳篷式吸热水箱,其特征是:遮阳篷式吸热水箱(1)两侧榫槽结构为斜向设置。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的新型太阳能遮阳篷式吸热水箱,其特征是:遮阳篷式吸热水箱(1)的左箱边置有左凸边(4)、凹槽(5),右箱边置有右凸边(6)、右凹槽(7)。
4、根据权利要求1所述的新型太阳能遮阳篷式吸热水箱,其特征是:进水口(2)在箱体内与箱底平齐,出水口(3)在箱体内上端高于箱底并低于箱顶。
