本实用新型涉及风力发电技术领域,特指一种发电机转速平稳的风力发电设备,与现有技术相比,该发电机转速平稳的风力发电设备,在低速盘式永磁发电机与双向变速器相连接处设置一惯性储能稳速飞轮,惯性储能稳速飞轮保证了发电机的主轴转速平稳,提高发电机效率,而且能够延长低速盘式永磁发电机的使用寿命,减少设备损耗。

本实用新型涉及风力发电技术领域,特指一种发电机转速平稳的风力发电设备。
背景技术
现在不可再生能源越来越少,消耗的能源越来越多,各国都在寻找替代能源,而可再生能源中,风能无疑是非常重要的一方面,风能是一种无污染的绿色环保型能源,各国都在大力推广加以利用。
风力发电的主要设备为风叶片以及发电机,风叶片在风力作用下转动,风叶片的转动带动主轴转动,由风能转变为动能,主轴与发电机相连接,主轴的转动带动发电机发电,由动能转化为电能。现有技术中,一般在主轴与发电机之间设置变速器、转换器等设备。由于风力大小的变化导致风叶片转速的不确定性,因此在发电机上的转子转动也具有很大的不稳定性,这种不稳定性导致发电机等相应设备的损耗过大,缩短其正常的使用寿命。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种发电机转速平稳的风力发电设备。
为解决上述问题,本实用新型发电机转速平稳的风力发电设备,包括低速盘式永磁发电机和与低速盘式永磁发电机相连接的双向变速器,其特征在于:在所述的低速盘式永磁发电机与双向变速器相连接处设置一惯性储能稳速飞轮。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的发电机转速平稳的风力发电设备,在低速盘式永磁发电机与双向变速器相连接处设置一惯性储能稳速飞轮,惯性储能稳速飞轮保证了发电机的主轴转速平稳,提高发电机效率,而且能够延长低速盘式永磁发电机的使用寿命,减少设备损耗。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本实用新型的一种发电机转速平稳的风力发电设备作进一步说明:
如图1所示,叶轮机1连接一转轴2,叶轮机1上的叶片转动带动转轴2转动。转轴2下端连接有双向变速器3,在转轴2与双向变速器3之间设置有转换器用于转换转动方向。低速盘式永磁发电机4设置在转轴2的两侧,两个低速盘式永磁发电机4在两侧连接双向变速器3,在每个低速盘式永磁发电机4与双向变速器3连接处均设置一个惯性储能稳速飞轮5,惯性储能稳速飞轮5可以有效的稳定低速盘式永磁发电机1的转速。通过这样一个惯性储能稳速飞轮5的设置,保证了低速盘式永磁发电机4的主轴转速平稳,延长低速盘式永磁发电机4的使用寿命,减少设备损耗。
