Abstract

一种枢纽器,包括第一连接件、轴套及第二连接件。第一连接件上开设有容置轴套的套筒部。第二连接件包括轴柱,轴柱可枢转地插入轴套内。第一连接件的套筒部开设有呈“匚”形的收容槽,轴套包括呈“匚”形的收容部,收容部插入收容槽而将轴套固定在第一连接件上。该枢纽器利用轴套作为第一连接件与第二连接件之间的媒介,且轴套与第一连接件之间通过“匚”形连接关系相固定,轴套紧固在第一连接件内,不致出现松动而产生左右或上下摇晃,可消除因配合不紧而产生的异音。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种枢纽器。
背景技术
笔记本电脑、移动电话等便携式的电子装置多采用可折叠的结构以节省空间。一般地,这些电子装置的显示屏幕与控制主体之间通过枢纽器相连,不需使用时,可将屏幕与控制主体相对折叠起来。
枢纽器通常包括分别与电子装置的屏幕、主体相固定的两个连接件,两个连接件之间可枢转地连接。为了让电子装置的屏幕可以定位在任何使用者所需的角度上,枢纽器通常还在两个连接件之间提供较大的阻滞力。然而,较大的阻滞力会让电子装置的屏幕的开合需要较大力量的操作。在长时间的使用之后,会造成连接件之间的配合出现松动,从而,在屏幕开合的时候会出现异音。
实用新型内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种可以避免出现异音的电子装置的枢纽器。
一种枢纽器,包括第一连接件、轴套及第二连接件。所述第一连接件上开设有容置所述轴套的套筒部。所述第二连接件包括轴柱,所述轴柱可枢转地插入所述轴套内。所述第一连接件的套筒部开设有呈“匚”形的收容槽,所述轴套包括呈“匚”形的收容部,所述收容部插入所述收容槽而将所述轴套固定在所述第一连接件上。
该枢纽器利用轴套作为第一连接件与第二连接件之间的媒介,且轴套与第一连接件之间通过“匚”形连接关系相固定,轴套紧固在第一连接件内,不致出现松动而产生左右或上下摇晃,可消除因配合不紧而产生的异音。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实用新型枢纽器的较佳实施方式包括第一连接件12、轴套14与第二连接件16。
请一并参阅图2,第一连接件12包括基座22与套架24,套架24固设在基座22的一侧的上部。
基座22的另一侧上开设有若干固定孔202,可以通过使用铆钉或螺钉穿过固定孔202而将基座22与电子装置的屏幕或主体相固定。
套架24上开设有用于收容并固定轴套14的套筒部210,套筒部210自上而下开设呈圆形的套孔212与呈“匚”形的收容槽214。套孔212的下部与“匚”形的收容槽214上部贯通。
轴套14的上部弯折形成中空的圆柱形套筒,套筒的中部开设有分割槽410,以将套筒分割形成轴向排列的两个直径相同、同轴的子套筒406、408。两个子套筒406、408的内壁上开有浅槽412,可用于存贮润滑剂。轴套14的下部为固定部400,包括呈“匚”形的收容部404及用于连接收容部404与套筒的连接部402。在该实施方式中,两个子套筒406、408分别为连接部402向上延伸并向相反方向环绕旋转而成,从而两个子套筒406、408末端分别于连接部402两侧形成“C”形开口。
第二连接件16包括一体成型的轴柱602、凸环604及衔接部606。轴柱602用于伸入轴套14的套筒中,并可相对轴套14转动。凸环604位于轴柱602与衔接部606之间,其直径大于轴套14的套筒的内径,以在轴柱602伸入轴套14时抵顶在子套筒406外边缘。衔接部606呈扁平状,其上开设有若干固定孔608,用于供铆钉或螺钉穿过,以与电子装置的主体或屏幕相固定。
结合图3所示,将第二连接件16的轴柱602套入轴套14的套筒中,并将轴套14插入第一连接件12的套筒部210中,从而轴套14相对于第一连接件12相对固定,而第二连接件16可相对于轴套14及第一连接件12枢转。将第一连接件12、第二连接件16分别固定在电子装置的主体与屏幕上后,电子装置的屏幕即可相对于控制主体枢转。
该枢纽器利用轴套作为第一连接件与第二连接件之间的媒介,且轴套与第一连接件之间通过“匚”形连接关系相固定,轴套紧固在第一连接件内,不致出现松动而产生左右或上下摇晃,可消除因配合不紧而产生的异音。

Claims (9)

  1. 【权利要求1】一种枢纽器,包括第一连接件、轴套及第二连接件,所述第一连接件上开设有容置所述轴套的套筒部,所述第二连接件包括轴柱,所述轴柱可枢转地插入所述轴套内,其特征在于:所述第一连接件的套筒部开设有呈“匚”形的收容槽,所述轴套包括呈“匚”形的收容部,所述收容部插入所述收容槽而将所述轴套固定在所述第一连接件上
  2. 【权利要求2】如权利要求1所述的枢纽器,其特征在于:所述轴套包括至少一个中空的套筒,所述套筒收容在所述套筒部内,所述轴柱枢设在所述套筒内。
  3. 【权利要求3】如权利要求2所述的枢纽器,其特征在于:所述套筒内壁上开设有至少一槽。
  4. 【权利要求4】如权利要求2所述的枢纽器,其特征在于:所述第一连接件的套筒部内相应于所述套筒开设有套孔,用于容置所述套筒。
  5. 【权利要求5】如权利要求4所述的枢纽器,其特征在于:所述套孔与所述“匚”形的收容槽贯通。
  6. 【权利要求6】如权利要求2所述的枢纽器,其特征在于:所述轴套包括连接所述收容部与所述套筒的连接部,所述套筒为所述连接部延伸并环绕弯折而成。
  7. 【权利要求7】如权利要求6所述的枢纽器,其特征在于:所述套筒有两个,所述两个套筒之间开设有分割槽,所述两个套筒为所述连接部上同向延伸并向相反方向环绕弯折而成。
  8. 【权利要求8】如权利要求1所述的枢纽器,其特征在于:所述第二连接件包括凸环,所述凸环固设在所述轴柱的端部,所述凸环在所述轴柱插入所述轴套内时抵顶所述轴套的外边缘。
  9. 【权利要求9】如权利要求8所述的枢纽器,其特征在于:所述第二连接件包括固设在所述凸环上的衔接部,所述凸环位于所述衔接部和所述轴柱之间。
