技术领域
本实用新型HAP-DNA(脱氧核酸高亲合纯化)纯化柱涉及一种生物工程用的纯化装置,尤其是指一种用于寡核苷酸引物纯化的柱体结构。
背景技术
目前国内绝大多数引物合成主要运用OPC柱纯化、HPLC纯化以及PAGE纯化这三种纯化方法,但是这三种纯化综合费用都较高。
发明内容
为了克服现有的纯化方法的不足,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种纯化寡核苷酸引物的HAP-DNA(脱氧核酸高亲合纯化)纯化柱。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种HAP-DNA纯化柱,由外套管、内柱、滤膜和装在内柱里填料层组成,外套管内部装有滤膜且端部有外接口,内柱内为HAP(高亲合纯化)树脂填料层,内柱上、下两端分别与外套管连接。
其中滤膜可以是微孔滤膜,内柱和外套管的材料均为聚丙烯材料;外套管具有保护内柱并有效的与外界连接的作用;内柱起到衔接上下两个外套管及存放HAP树脂的作用;过滤膜能有效的过滤一些杂质,以防流入内柱,并且防止HAP树脂外流现象发生。
本实用新型的优点在于:结构简单、体积小、重量轻、具有较高负载能力、安装简单,使用时正反方向均可运用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图进一步说明是如何实现本实用新型的,如图1、图2和图3所示:一种用于纯化合成引物的HAP-DNA纯化柱,由上、下外套管1,内柱2,滤膜12和装在内柱里的HAP树脂填料层21组成,外套管1上下两端各有一层滤膜12,内柱上、下两端分别与外套管连接。
其中内柱2和外套管1由聚丙烯材料制成,滤膜12可以是微孔滤膜。

1、一种HAP-DNA纯化柱,由外套管、内柱、滤膜和装在内柱里的填料层组成,其特征在于:外套管内部装有滤膜且端部有外接口,内柱内为HAP树脂填料层,内柱上、下两端分别与外套管连接。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种HAP-DNA纯化柱,其特征在于:所述内柱和外套管的材料为聚丙烯材料。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的一种HAP-DNA纯化柱,其特征在于:所述滤膜为微孔滤膜。
