技术领域
本实用新型涉及的是预装式变电站,特别涉及的是具有泄压结构的预装式变电站。
背景技术
图1是现有技术预装式变电站高压室内部结构主视图;图2是图1中A-A剖视图。
如图1、图2所示,现有技术预装式变电站的结构主要包括:高压室6、低压室4、变压器室5。
在现有技术中,预装式变电站的高压室6内设置有负荷开关(图未示),该负荷开关安装在底座7上。现有技术的预装式变电站存在如下缺陷:
上述底座7是一张隔离其下面电缆沟和高压室6的整板,在底座7的整板上只有电缆穿孔;在高压室6和变压器室5之间的隔板2也是不通透的板,即在隔板2上也没有配装泄压板。如果遇到故障,高压的气流只能向高压室6内的底座和负荷开关周围的空间扩散。由于现有技术的扩散空间有限,不能及时有效的释放危险气体,存有安全隐患。因此,人们渴望设计出一种,当故障发生瞬间能有效的释放危险气体,确保设备和人员安全的具有泄压功能的预装式变电站。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述技术的不足,提供一种在高压室内具有泄压结构,安装方便,确保设备和人员安全的具有泄压结构的预装式变电站。
解决上述技术问题的技术方案是:一种具有泄压结构的预装式变电站,该预装式变电站主要包括外壳;在该外壳内设置有高压室、低压室、变压器室;高压室内的负荷开关设置在底座上,在所述高压室与变压器室之间的隔板上设置有方孔,在方孔内配装有泄压板;在高压室内的底座上设置有贯通其底部电缆沟和高压室的泄压网。
本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型高压室和变压器室之间的隔板上配装的泄压板,该隔板既能将高压室和变压器室隔开,又具备泄压功能,与现有技术相比,既保证了原有功能,出现故障时能泄压。负荷开关底座上的泄压网,在满足底托安装要求的前提下,故障发生时能实现泄压。本实用新型预装式变电站在满足原来用电功能的基础上增加了泄压功能。本实用新型能保证预装式变电站及其周围设备、人员的安全,实现了行业上对预装式变电站免维护高可靠的性能要求,适应了目前市场的需求,也标志着在预装式变电站领域又迈上了一个新的台阶,开创了新的发展空间。

本实用新型提供一种具有泄压结构的预装式变电站,该预装式变电站主要包括外壳1;在该外壳1内设置有低压室4、变压器室5、高压室6。
如图3、图5、图6所示,高压室6内的负荷开关(图未示)设置在底座22上,在高压室6与变压器室5之间的隔板20上设置有方孔32,在方孔32内配装有泄压板21;在高压室6内的底座22上设置有贯通其底部电缆沟(图未示)和高压室6的泄压网23。
如图4、图5所示,泄压板21是一块在其上边缘21a和下边缘21b的间隔处分别设置有凸块的薄板;上边缘21a的凸块是沿上边缘21a向高压室6内侧折曲成倾斜状的卡片24;所述下边缘21b的凸块是沿下边缘21b向高压室6内侧折曲成直角的固定片25。
图4中显示的卡片24的数量为2个;图4中显示的固定片25的数量为3个。
如图6所示,泄压网23设置在底座22一半面积上,泄压网23包括:金属框架26和设置在金属框架26内的金属网31;该泄压网23嵌装在底座22通孔内。
在本实用新型的预装式变电站内电器元件与现有技术相同的,采用与现有技术相同的序号表示。

1.一种具有泄压结构的预装式变电站,该预装式变电站主要包括外壳(1);在该外壳(1)内设置有高压室(6)、低压室(4)、变压器室(5);高压室(6)内的负荷开关设置在底座上,其特征在于,在所述高压室(6)与变压器室(5)之间的隔板(20)上设置有方孔(32),在方孔(32)内配装有泄压板(21);在高压室(6)内的底座(22)上设置有贯通其底部电缆沟和高压室(6)的泄压网(23)。
2.根据权利要求1中所述的具有泄压结构的预装式变电站,其特征在于,所述泄压板(21)是一块在其上边缘(21a)和下边缘(21b)的间隔处分别设置有凸块的薄板;所述上边缘(21a)的凸块是沿上边缘(21a)向高压室(6)内侧折曲成倾斜状的卡片(24);所述下边缘(21b)的凸块是沿下边缘(21b)向高压室(6)内侧折曲成直角的固定片(25)。
3.根据权利要求1中所述的具有泄压结构的预装式变电站,其特征在于,所述泄压网(23)设置在底座(22)一半面积上,泄压网(23)包括:金属框架(26)和设置在金属框架(26)内的金属网(31);该泄压网(23)嵌装在底座(22)通孔内。
