本实用新型包括：晾衣竿挂钩，在该挂钩下部的轴心杆以及由该轴心杆悬挂的衣服托架，其特征在于：
A.在晾衣竿挂钩与衣服托架之间设置了对晾衣竿挂钩的锁定杆，以及为了牵动锁定杆转动的铰链装置；
B.衣服托架与其中的轴心杆处于动配合；
C.在衣服托架的上部轴心杆旁设置了衣叉钩环。
本实用新型与现有技术比较的特点：
由于本实用新型在晾衣竿挂钩与衣服托架之间设置了对晾衣竿挂钩的锁定杆，而且，不需要采用额外的人为动作来打开或关闭该具有防止整个本实用新型从晾衣竿上脱落的锁定杆，这就为使得本实用新型可以有效地自动防止风力将它从晾衣竿上吹落创造了条件。

使用时，将需要晾晒的衣服像使用普通衣架时一样挂于衣服托架6上，用衣叉叉住衣叉钩环1并将本实用新型向上提起，此时，晾衣竿挂钩4及与其相连的轴心杆2因重力下落，由于铰链装置5的传动使锁定杆3向背离晾衣竿挂钩4的方向打开，人们此时可以将非锁定状态下的晾衣竿挂钩4钩住固定在高处的晾衣竿上，当衣叉从衣叉钩环1上撤去以后，衣服托架6将由于自身的重力和被晾晒衣服的重力共同作用而下降，此后，将通过铰链装置5的传动导致锁定杆3朝着晾衣竿挂钩4的方向关闭。
显然，这样就实现了将防风衣架挂在了高处的晾衣竿上，且由于衣服和衣架的重力作用，让锁定杆3自动将晾衣架挂钩4锁定在晾衣竿上。起风时，风就无法将本实用新型从锁定的晾衣竿上吹下来。

A.在晾衣竿挂钩(4)与衣服托架(6)之间设置了对晾衣竿挂钩(4)的锁定杆(3)以及为了牵动锁定杆(3)转动的铰链装置(5)；
B.衣服托架(6)与其中的轴心杆(2)处于动配合；
C.在衣服托架(6)的上部轴心杆(2)旁设置了衣叉钩环(1)。
