背景技术
本申请人在90年申请的中国专利90100464.2公开了一种生产棕纤维弹性材料的方法，可以制作得到天然的植物纤维弹性床垫等产品。使用中发现，棕纤维垫由于具有良好的吸水洗湿性能，所以在潮湿的地方和季节，会使纤维垫吸收大量的水分，在空气流通比较差的情况下，水分无法排除，造成植物纤维可能发生霉变，产生异味，影响纤维垫的使用。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于：提供一种能够保持床垫的干爽和舒适性的竹炭棕纤维床垫，以克服现有技术的不足。
本实用新型是这样构成的：它包括棕纤维床垫，在棕纤维床垫的顶部和底部设有竹炭垫。竹炭垫的构造包括布套及布套内的竹炭颗粒。竹炭颗粒的颗粒直径为0.2～1mm。
本实用新型在棕纤维床垫内加入竹炭垫，利用竹炭特有的吸附性能够起到除臭，净化空气的作用，保持纤维垫的干爽和清洁。而且竹炭还具有很多优点：能持续产生适合人体吸收的远红外线，促进人体的血液循环和新陈代谢；竹炭能够产生具有穿透作用的负离子，负离子被称为“长寿素”，对多种疾病的治疗有利；能改善肺的换气功能，促进新陈代谢，提高免疫力；能使大脑皮层的抑制作用加强，调整大脑皮层功能；使支气管平滑肌松弛，解除其痉挛；使红细胞沉降率变慢，凝血时间延长；使肾、肝、脑等组织的氧化作用加强。因此同现有技术相比，本实用新型具有能吸收纤维垫的水分、保持纤维垫的干爽和清洁、消除异味、提高睡眠健康等优点。

具体实施方式
本实用新型的实施例：制作棕纤维床垫1，将颗粒直径为0.2～1mm的竹炭颗粒4装入布套3中，缝制成竹炭垫2。布套3采用纱布和棉布或者其他布料，如、涤纶、灯芯绒等制作。将竹炭垫2放置在棕纤维床垫1的顶部和底部，然后包装即可。

1.一种竹炭棕纤维床垫，它包括棕纤维床垫(1)，其特征在于：在棕纤维床垫(1)的顶部和底部设有竹炭垫(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的竹炭棕纤维床垫，其特征在于：竹炭垫(2)的构造包括布套(3)及布套(3)内的竹炭颗粒(4)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的竹炭棕纤维床垫，其特征在于：竹炭颗粒(4)的颗粒直径为0.2～1mm。
