本实用新型涉及空调技术领域,特指一种蒸发式降温换气机湿帘。
背景技术:
目前,湿帘风机降温系统已普遍应用于农业,高温车间纺织工厂以及需要降温调整湿度的场所。在农业方面常常应用于温室,畜禽舍方面降温,均取得良好的效果,湿帘主要采用特种高分子材料与木浆纤维分子空间交联,并用高耐水强耐候性材料胶结而成,保证他具有足够的湿挺度,高吸水性能又具有较大蒸发比表面积和较低的过流阻力损失。这种湿帘的纸纤维经压成波纹状,然后用胶黏剂粘合,它利用水蒸发时把空气中的显热转变为潜热,其降温效果虽然良好,可是现有湿帘产品因结构的设计原因在应用过程中仍存在着风阻过大的问题,不完全适合花卉养植、温室大棚等领域,因此,将湿帘现有结构做一改进满足市场需求。
实用新型内容:
针对现有技术的不足,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种低能耗的蒸发式降温换气机湿帘。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:一种蒸发式降温换气机湿帘,包括至少一个直接蒸发单元,直接蒸发单元由一散热膜和一散热壁叠加组成,散热膜和块散热壁都为瓦楞形,散热膜与水平方向的夹角α为15度,散热壁与水平方的夹角β为负45度,散热膜与散热壁之间夹角α+β为60度。
本实用新型有益效果为:一种蒸发式降温换气机湿帘,其直接蒸发单元由一散热膜和一散热壁组成,散热膜和块散热壁都为瓦楞形,散热膜与水平方向呈15度夹角,散热壁与水平方向呈负45度夹角,散热膜与散热壁之间呈60度夹角;采用这种60度夹角的多层叠加,不仅可以提供使人舒适的新风,保持空气的湿度,降低风阻,而且节约能量并达更好的降温效果。

具体实施方式:
见图1所示,一种蒸发式降温换气机湿帘,包括至少一个直接蒸发单元3,直接蒸发单元3由一散热膜1和一散热壁2叠加组成,散热膜1和块散热壁2都为瓦楞形,散热膜1与水平方向的夹角α为15度,散热壁2与水平方的夹角β为负45度,散热膜1与散热壁2之间夹角α+β为60度,散热膜1和块散热壁2通过胶水粘接;其中可根据设备的要求增减直接蒸发单元3的数目。
工作时,在整体一种蒸发式降温换气机湿帘下端会设置有一水槽,风机将室外自然风引入一种蒸发式降温换气机湿帘,自然风通过吸附有水的湿材料散热膜1和散热壁2时,散热膜1和散热壁2上的水分蒸发并实现降温,依此类推,当工作介质、产出介质同为空气、风量一定的情况下,产出气流的出口温度可以低于其当地空气湿球温度,接近露点温度,湿球效率超过100%,降低了能耗,费用低,空气调节效果好。

1、一种蒸发式降温换气机湿帘,包括至少一个直接蒸发单元(3),直接蒸发单元(3)由一散热膜(1)和一散热壁(2)叠加组成,其特征在于:散热膜(1)和块散热壁(2)都为瓦楞形,散热膜(1)与水平方向的夹角α为15度,散热壁(2)与水平方的夹角β为负45度,散热膜(1)与散热壁(2)之间夹角α+β为60度。
