本实用新型属于医疗器械技术领域，具体地说是一种肛肠疾病术后冲洗器。
背景技术
肛肠疾病手术后，保持伤口清洁、防止感染是促进创面早期愈合的关键，目前，临床上多采用排便椅式或坐便器式的器械进行药液坐浴来进行伤口清洁，但这种方式却给病人和护理带来许多不便：一是下蹲时患者伤口周围肌肉受到牵拉，会加剧病人的伤口疼痛，加重病人病情；二是不能直观伤口，清洁不彻底；三是成本高，病人不能一人一用，易造成交叉感染；四是容器口径小，稍胖病人不能坐入药液内；五是清洁时需要暴露过多，经常引发感冒。也有的使用针管一管一管的抽吸药液进行清洁，由于不能连续抽吸，操作起来比较麻烦，增加了医护人员的工作量；另外针管乳头较短，不能深入腔底，药液不能完全作用于创面。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种能防止患者伤口周围肌肉受到牵拉，有利于患者伤口愈合的肛肠疾病术后冲洗器。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：该肛肠疾病术后冲洗器由注射器、清洗管、导管、容器瓶组成，注射器前端设有单向出液阀，单向出液阀上螺纹连接着前端带有橄榄状喷头的清洗管，注射器前端侧壁设有单向进液阀；容器瓶为双层结构，内外壁之间呈真空状，容器瓶上端螺纹连接着带有出液管的瓶盖；导管一端连接在出液管的上端，另一端与注射器前端侧壁上的单向进液阀相连。
使用时，病人侧卧于床边，臀下放入便盆，用盖被保护好，只暴露肛门伤口，将润滑好的清洗管插入所需长度，连续抽拉注射器的针栓即可实现连续冲洗。清洗毕后可将清洗管卸下来消毒后再用，能避免伤口再次被感染。
本实用新型的优点：结构简单，使用方便，能防止患者伤口周围肌肉受到牵拉而产生疼痛，患者感觉舒服；清洗管能深入腔底，使药液完全作用于创面；双层结构的容器瓶能够保证药液温度，有利于伤口愈合。
