一种一次性中段尿细菌培养采集器，其设有内盒盛取尿液，其特征是内盒置于外盒中，外盒上方有取标本口、标本口帽。
本实用新型由于将盛取尿液的内盒置于外盒中，外盒上方有取标本口、标本口帽。因此，携带方便，使用方便，且不易污染，防止交叉感染。

如图所示，本实用新型设有内盒1，内盒外设有外盒2，外盒2上设有取标本口3、标本口帽4。在中段尿细菌培养采集器出厂时，用无菌的方法装入无菌塑料袋中密封后，能保证绝对无菌及一人一用。使用时，随着采集器的打开，取出内盒盛取，保证无菌、不污染病人的手。随后内盒放入外盒中运送，不会污染运送人员的手及不会污染内盒的外壁，操作人员只需打开标本口帽，用吸管从标本口处吸取尿液，不会污染操作人员手及不会污染周围环境，做到了携带方便，使用方便，且不易污染，一人一用，防止交叉感染。
