由于采用上述结构，所以只需将伞柄的“U”型下端卡在残疾人的肩上即可使用，达到遮阳的目的。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，一种残疾人用遮阳伞，伞柄1的下端为“U”型，伞面2上设有一个个小风扇3，小风扇3通过导线与设在伞柄1内的电池组相连。
使用时，将伞面2打开，用伞柄1的“U”型下端卡在肩上，即可。伞面2上的小风扇3可以起到扇风纳凉的作用。
